This subway has for years been my # 1 Subway to order Subway trays for the nursing home where my Mom is. We give the staff that takes care of our Mom trays for Christmas every year as an appreciation. This Subway is great to not only make the trays, but deliver them to the home for us. Greatly appreciate the staff here. Tiffany the manager is wonderful!!!

We're regular customers at CFA's and were passing through Lancaster and pulled through the drive through to order. I ordered a chicken strip meal and asked for a large drink; was told they were out of large cups and were not serving large drinks; the chicken strips tasted as if they had either been fried in old oil or reheated. I asked my wife to try them and she agreed. We have always been impressed with the high standards of CFA...food has always been hot and fresh and service top notch....but this was not our experience at the Lancaster restaurant. We won't stop at this one again.....but with that said we certainly will continue to patronize other CFA's.

Anytime a new restaurant opens in Lancaster it is a big deal. So, since we were visiting my parents we decided to take them over and give it a try. So it is set up like Firehouse Subs and the sandwiches are very tasty. The thing I really liked about it was that they use a ciabatta like bread instead of the classic hoagie style bun. I thought it was great simple because the bread to ingredient ration was better. So this is a great place to try...the only drawback is the location. Not the nicest looking area. Use to be a DQ many years ago.

After a long day at Carowinds my best friend and i decided to grab some food thru the drive thru. After sitting in the drive thru for 7 mins unable to move the car in front of us got their order and we gave ours. The lady taking our order was so rude she rushed thru my order and almost missed my second one. After getting to the window the cashier repeated me order so fast and low i barely heard chicken nuggets and whwn i ask again told her it was incorrect she huffed at me and said thats why i ask like i was an inconvience to her. Making to the food window te car infront of us was able to sit there and carry on a conversation with the person at the window for another four mins after they had recieve their food. when i arrived at the window she almost threw my bag at me and close the window before i had time to check my order. This is not the only problems ive had there. Today is the last time i will ever go back. Its horrible and everyone should be fired. If mcdonalds cant hire people to read because my order was also wrong then they are a sad excuse for a food place.
