Absolutely horrible service and rude! From the moment we ordered, plates were thrown on the table, glasses were not refilled, waitress was incredibly rude. At first we thought that maybe she was just having a bad night, so we didn't say anything, but we noticed that they were rude throughout the restaurant. There were some friends in a nearby table having a birthday celebration, they came to their table and sang and then proceeded to smash the free dessert into the woman's face. They were all shocked. We had a long table, there were 6 of us at an 8 top table. One of our people were late and showed up about an hour after us. They did not ask her to order and were visibly upset that someone else showed up. They obviously wanted our table. Someone came over to us and asked how much longer we were going to be.......unbelievable! After that, they proceeded to give us dirty looks until we decided to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are better places to go to with much better food and such better service - Real Mexico on Bush River comes to mind - awesome service and food! We will NEVER, EVER!!! go here again.

My family and I always choose to come to this particular Mexican Restaurant whenever we are wanting Mexican. Even if we are in Whitemire or Newberry, we will choose to drive all the way to Chapin to eat here. It is our all time favorite Mexican place! Service and food are always amazing! Returning from Myrtle Beach we stopped in for a restroom break as well as a quick bite to go. Took quite awhile to make it to the register to place our order. I waited for about 10 minutes then gave the receipt to one of my teenagers while went to the restroom. Well, the restroom was packed because they share with a convenience store so I was gone a long time. I was shocked when I came back out to find that we still hadn't gotten our food. I stepped over towards the register so that I could see into the back, sure that they had misplaced our order somehow. When the fella that I suppose was the manager saw me looking back there he asked me in a very brusque manner, "Can I help you ? Mam" I told him my order number and asked him what the problem was and he got really angry telling me that he had two really big orders before mine. I told him that I was in a hurry and would like my food. He got even angrier and told me to get out of his store. Said that he would give me a refund and then for me to "GET OUT". Well after investing this much time I didn't want a refund I wanted my food and this is what I told him. I thought he was going to call the police. I stood my ground with him and FINALLY after a 30 minute wait got my food. I have NEVER been treated this way by anyone. I'm not sure what his problem was but he definitely had one. An " I'm sorry Mam we have two big orders but we'll have your food just as soon as possible" would have made it all go away. Was almost afraid to eat the food, SPIT you know!!
