This little place offers an array of Mexican baked goods from breads to sweet treats. I have been here a couple times to get sweet treats...and everything I have gotten is delicious! I do not speak Spanish, but the girl behind the counter does speak English and helps me to pick out just what I want. Even if all fails, I just point to what I want. The best part is not only are these delicious, but they are cheap. $1 for massive baked good! Can't beat the price or the taste! Highly recommend this place for a sweet treat!

My wife & I have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile, so we stopped in. Nothing fancy, just Great Food & Service. Very small dining area, but great view of the kitchen area. Order was taken promptly, drinks brought & shortly after food followed. We both had beef chimichanga & delicious describes the food. Not overly spiced & not too much salt. You can tell when a Mexican Restaurant is good by observing the clientele as most were Mexican. We are looking forward to our next dining experience at La Huasteca. Give them a try, I'm sure you will enjoy the experience.

We can always get a great meal at MiTerrita. I love their taco salad and whole fried fish and enchiladas. Surprisingly good pizza The food always comes out quickly and steaming hot.. Never been disappointed with the food or the staff. Only problem is that because it's so popular you may have to wait. make a reservation It's also a great place to go with a group for the same reasons. And again...Make a reservation.

Best drinks EVAH. No, all margaritas are NOT the same. The secret to a good one is the tequila, ask for Patron. Bon Qui Qui would tell you~~âonly $ more~you like it~ oh honey it much better for youâ. BTW the prices, food, service, atmosphere were impeccable. It was an OFF THE WALL experience. In the words of Douglas MacArthur, âI will returnâ. Are you thinking WTH is Bon Qui Qui, Google Anjelah Johnson. Now I have offered you two unsolicited leads to improve your social life, grab them.

First visit and will try another one. The atmosphere is very upbeat and reflects the mexican colorful palate. Music a little loud but ok. The separate bar was very large and the chairs were comfortable looking. The salsa was more of a sauce. They were out of Guacamole but I saw slices of avocado on other plates. The refried beans were delicious the soft taco warm, ground beef with no flavor, enchilada dry suppose to have melted cheese, none visible. Tamale was a 4 out of 10. Flan was cakey. The service was excellent. It does not beat Mi Terria of Bluffton. It could be we need to find their speciality to see why they have been able to expand.

I came at recommendation of 12 year old as her favorite Mexican place. Atmosphere just o.k. Service was WITHOUT a smile ("sorry to bother you, ma'am"). Food was not even just o.k. The prices were way too high for quality....serviced on paper plates. Salsa bar was good, although plastic tiny containers could only hold about 2 oz. salsa. I went back 6 times for what most Mexican restaurants offer once. I won't ever be back.

This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant we have been to. Even though our waitress didnât speak much English, she provided excellent service. The language barrier didnât hinder our experience at all. Their menu has more authentic dishes that you wouldnât normally find, and weâre excited to try more of them. All of our food and drinks were amazing. This is definitely our new favorite go to restaurant. You wonât be disappointed!

They came highly recommended & we were looking forward to our dinner. The place was packed so we had high hopes but sadly, were very disappointed. The food was not spicy, it was very bland, & they didn't serve us our guacamole that was on the menu for our items. When asked, they said due to the cost they stopped making it! No option to pay more & no adjustment in the price. Enjoy the drinks & skip the food.

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Bluffton, we decided to give Agave Side Bar a try as margaritas sounded good! Although they were only moderately busy, the service was much slower than expected even on Bluffton time. And our server had to be caught and detained to get questions asked about the menu. At least the margaritas were good (not great) and helped time pass until our order was finally taken. The food did arrive quickly and was very good. My lovely bride had the bean burrito and I chose the loaded nachos with pulled pork which was generous enough for two. My spicy shrimp taco was very good and we both loved the excellent salsa. It is a good venue for people watching and just enjoying beautiful âdowntownâ Bluffton but (always a but), the music was awful!! You would expect a place that had bright, Caribbean colors everywhere, serves conch fritters and Mexican food to have music in keeping with their decor and food type. Instead, it was the current annoying top 40 (if there is still such a thing) that was more distracting than entertaining. Close call but tightening up the service and changing the music could result in a much more pleasant experience and better ratings.

This is the typical Mexican restaurant. It has the usual menu of offerings. Nothing unique however the food was well prepared and tasty. The pork carnitas was especially good. They have several vegetarian options and they were mindful of allergies. Prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was lively and loud but relaxed. Waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. Great place to bring kids. I would recommend this place for a casual fun meal.
