Home made italian food made from scrach family owned restaurant for 15 years serving north myrtle beach authentic italian food
Four of us recently visited this establishment for dinner. Two ordered the shrimp and scallops (one over linguine with white sauce and one over spaghetti with marinara sauce). Two of us ordered veal parmigiana. The two who ordered the seafood plates were very pleased with their meals. The two who ordered the veal felt the meals were adequate, but the veal was a bit tough. The bread and salads were great! The waitress was very attentive and tried to take care of all our needs.

This was our first visit to this relatively new bar/restaurant. The pizza was made after we ordered it as stated on the menu. We're not big eaters but we were hungry since we were eating about an hour later than we're used to. The pie was cooked to perfection in their Italian pizza oven. The staff had no problem showing my wife and daughter around the kitchen. The server reminded us that they have happy hour daily from 4 to 7 PM. Trivia is the special event on Wednesday evening and karaoke on Thursday evening.

Our timeshare is three blocks away from this small restaurant, which is one of very few within walking distance open on Sundays. The fact that they produce very fresh and tasty Italian fast food is a welcome added benefit! We were able to check into our condo, unload the car and relax a bit without having to drive anywhere for dinner. This place mainly sells take-out to a steady evening clientele, but also has limited indoor and outdoor seating. In good weather, eating outside and watching passers-by is most amusing! The food was freshly-made, tasty, and inexpensive. Thomas, our server, was prompt and attentive.

Review: Wayne (owner) was great. Felt right at home. Food was of "home made" quality. Portion size was a bit small (if you are going to charge a $6 split plate fee... ya better "put it on" to make a customer feel they are getting their moneys worth). Band
Located in a busy little plaza, Cozy O's is a local gathering place. Almost any drink you could desire, is made here. The menu carries a good variety of seafood, meats and Italiam dishes. This is a good restaurant for a good and quick meal! Thanks you! We are glad you enjoyed your visit.

We stopped in at Tony's recently for a nice evening meal of pizza. I like Tony's. The crust is good, the toppings are exactly what you ask for, the service is always top notch and the prices of everything are reasonable. Tony's has has a recent remodel and the place is even more comfortable than it was in the past. As I said, service is always great. I recommend Tony's any time!

We stopped here for lunch; it was our first visit. My wife ordered one of their specialty personal-size pizzas, while I chose to build my own from the many toppings they offer. It's a small restaurant located within a strip mall; they have booths as well as tables for their diners. Our pizzas came to our table hot and fresh. We're originally from NYC, it's hard to find really good pizza in this area, but this was fine.

Went here for lunch today and as I am eating I start looking at the wall beside me and there was 2 baby roaches crawling in between the window sill and booth. (Not a palmetto bug) Absolutely disgusting. I couldnât even finish my food we paid and got the heck outta there!!! Place looks dirty and now I have my answer that it most certainly is. Wonât be back until they gut that place.

We had dinner here, honey mustard wings and a pizza. The food was good but nothing spectacular. The service was good and the beer was cold. We were there during happy hours so that was a bonus. The venue is very clean and it was a friendly place. We will go again.

Went to Pizzeliâs last night with a party of 10. The food was great and our service was great! Our food orders were Stromboli, shrimp Alfredo, chicken parm, eggplant parm, scallops scampi, shrimp scampi, and grilled shrimp. Choice of soup or salad with the pasta and the homemade bread was amazing! Everyone loved their meals and the portions were huge! Our server was friendly and kept our drinks filled quickly. My uncle (who is a local) recommended this place to us and we will definitely be back!

My first impression of Chianti South is one of those "nice" restaurants you went to with your parents as a special treat. It feels like one of those places that is consistently good, consistently nice and consistently special. That doesn't happen much anymore and it's nice to find a place that brings me back without it feeling worn and dated. The service at Chianti South is simply excellent without that "trying too hard' feeling. Just confident, well-disciplined servers that know their jobs, know their clientele, know the menu and know the restaurant without being complacent and "worn". As a first time guest, it was readily apparent that I was receiving the same high level of service as long-time guests dining around us. It felt like an "Instant Tradition"; I immediately thought that this was the "go to" place when we wanted to go somewhere special. The food was very good without trying to be ostentatious or cutting edge; just good solid, reliably consistent food in very generous portions. One of my benchmarks for Italian-American cuisine is the taste of the red sauce; Chianti South's red sauce is excellent. And I'm not easy to please since our family know how to make excellent red sauce. The pasta was homemade - it was a bit overcooked (my personal preference to Al Dente) but very tasty and satisfying. Deserving of it's own paragraph, the bread was outstanding. I am a baking hobbyist and I know good bread. Bravo! If they make it on premise; Bravo! If they source it, please reveal the source and I will travel from Oak Island to purchase it when it's my turn to cook. The oil and cheese that accompanied the bread were also very good. The entrees we had (Chicken Parm and Tagliatelle with broccoli rabe and sausage) were both generously portioned and well prepared. Even the vegetable medley served with the Chicken Parm was very good and not just an afterthought. Very tasty and very generous entrees.Chianti South is a great place for a special meal at very nice price. Everything about Chianti South will make it a special experience without being over the top in any respect. Thanks to the entire CS staff for lovely dining experience!
