Dropped by for Friday lunch. They had on $14.90 buffet lunch . Great value! Soup, mains, salad, veg ice cream machine and toppings all included. Nabbed ourselves an outdoor table with glorious ocean view ( get there early). The calamari, ribs and tuna bake were standout dishes but there was plenty more to choose from. Lunch buffet only on Friday but other days have different specials.

This was our first visit to this Bar and it was obvious the patrons were locals, and knew an exceptional meal was available for minimal cost. I chose a chicken snitzel, served with salad and beautifully fried chips. Another person with us opted for the BLT topping and for an extra $8 that too was outstanding. Arriving early is the key, as it is preferable to sit comfortably in a booth, rather than the higher tables and stools. Prices were increasing from mid April, but even then, one could not do better for quality, quantity and an excellent tasting snitzel, with your meal brought to your table!Hey sandykperth, Thanks for reviewing your experience with Sharkys Bar, and I'm super glad you enjoyed our snitty night! You are right, they are very popular with our locals and the quality keeps them coming back each week (which we hope you will next time you are in town)!Cheers, Georgia

Cruised around Pt Lincoln to find a good fish n chip shop. Many choices but rather expensive though. But King Neptunes is a great option and value for money. Good sized chip portions and fresh local fish too. The seasoning on the chips was a real tasty treat. Of course, fish n chips is best eaten by the sea, or in this case, near the bay.

We were walking along the seafront and saw the $15 lunch special board, so decided to give it a go and had fish and chips. Whilst served in a reasonable time, presentation was good, but nothing outstanding meal-wise.Staff were friendly, and we were made to feel welcome.

The Line & Label Restaurant offers delicious local Eyre Peninsula produce from the land and sea, in a relaxed and comfortable setting overlooking a vineyard and Boston Bay. Contemporary lunch and dinner menus, as well as grazing options and wine tastings,
Birthday celebrations at the best restaurant on the west coast of South Australia during the cricket World Cup, (hence the title for the uninitiated). Comparable to any city restaurant and with an exceptional menu. Architecturally, pretty good too. Hurts to say it though; a short course in table presentation would assist greatly. All staff were very friendly and engaging however a restaurant of this calibre demands excellent table service. Am l being pretentious? Not really. The evening was already memorable but gee, a little bit more panache by our waiter would have me giving this a six! Thankyou to Kelli though for understanding the booking mix up.Dear RKP712Thank you for taking the time to provide a review on your recent dining experience at The Line & Label. Sorry about your cricket score outcome - but delighted you enjoyed your time with us.I appreciate your honest in regards to table presentation - perhaps you can let me know if you have any suggestions. Was it because we don't use linen tablecloths? We chose to use beautifully hand crafted tables instead, as well as elegant cutlery and glassware, so I would be interested in your comments.Thank you again for joining us - I hope you can return again in the future.Best wishes,Diana Williams

Lovely seafood platter - whiting, huge prawns, salt and pepper calamari and chips, all beautifully cooked and presented, reasonable price and large sized meal, in a superb setting overlooking the canal and marina. Undercover area was appreciated as a chilly breeze moved in just on dinner time. Restaurant was closed for group booking that night, but tables in the bar have a good view, and outside dining available. Good parking area nearby for caravan or motorhome

Port Lincoln is home to Australia's largest fishing fleet and has more millionaires per capita than any other city in Australia.
We came in for a lunch meal of Boston Bay mussels and it was delicious. The serving was very generous and full of flavour with a hint of chilli. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, and staff were friendly. We were very happy with our choice of restaurant and would recommend.

Great coffee, epic breakfasts and tasty lunches keep Port Lincoln going seven days a week. Join us on our balcony bar, And The Rebel, for delish drinks and tasty local plates Wednesday - Saturday nights.
I cannot believe how expensive breakfast was here and for fairly minimal and attempts to be fancy food. C'mon, when a small location is more expensive than any main city it hurts my head from where I have slapped it. At least make your food outstanding to combat the prices!Hi Jp_ausmiss,Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're sorry to hear our offering wasn't quite what you were looking for.We aim to price with value and affordability in mind, and as often as we can absorb the high costs of living in an isolated and pristine part of the world. We actively price match our coffee, meals and takeaway items to cafes in the district and also major Australian cities. Although this often means absorbing the high costs of freight for items that you may take for granted in metropolitan cafes, we're happy to do so just to make sure our valued local and visiting customers obtain the value we all enjoy in a quality cafe brunch. We're proud of the food we create, the team that make and serve it and the love that goes into our customer service. We're sorry you didn't share this view on your occasion. All the best for your travels,Elouise
