Behind the Treehouse door youâll find Mount Gambierâs one and only indoor play facility featuring a range of must-see equipment for cool kids of all ages. Let your imagination run wild and transform the space into a world of your own.
Easy parking outside, friendly welcome, reasonable price. Good layout of the tables and equipment. Food and drink was slow coming but tasty. Would be nice to see staff enforcing the rules a bit more - socks, climbing up slides etc - as some parents don't watch their children properly. Thanks for your review! I'm glad you enjoyed yourself! It is always a challenge trying to juggle running the kitchen and watching the children but I guess that's just what we love about it! Hope to see you again soon!

The South Eastern is the first hotel as you enter Mount Gambier from Victoria. The South Eastern offers a family friendly bistro with large separate kids playroom and is very popular with both the locals and tourists to the beautiful region. The South Eas
A great place for a pub meal. Look out for the lunchtime specials and the salad bar, A great place for tourists to visit. The staff are really friendly.

This restaurant was fantastic! Canât really tell from the outside but this interior was very classy and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the tomato bruschetta, Mediterranean vegetable stack, scotch fillet, and side of house vegetables. All dishes were absolutely delicious and very high quality. Also extremely reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Nice wine list as well. Would definitely return.Thank you RosieM1114 for the feedback we appreciate, we are pleased you enjoyed your dining experience and hope to see you again soon.1862 Wine Bar & GrillMount Gambier Hotel

The club has a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. We tried the beef and chicken schnitzels, which were OK. The salad/veggie bar was a bit limited - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, potato salad and coleslaw. Could definitely do with more options. All in all, OK value for money.

If you want a nice night out as a treat, with partner or friends this is the place. Amazing food and wonderful drink selection. Good range of local wines. Staff are polite and professional, helpful without being too over the top. Not the cheapest night out but for a special occasion it is wonderful as have a full view of the city. We went for Valentine's day so was very busy but they didnt skip a beat all night. Have been there on other evenings also and offer a consistly high service.

Dined in the cider garden/bar area rather than the bistro. Pretty well the same menu and even though is the bar there are plenty of tables in the area. Must say i love their thursday night deal of chicken wings and craft beers. Also highly recommend their pizzas. Staff are lovely. Sometimes if busy night the wait time on meals can be a bit long, but overall really good consistent standard of food and service.

PRESTO EATERY Serving 'Real Food' + locally Roasted Coffee- our own blend 'The girls' open 6 days a week from 8am Breakfast + lunch along with healthy alternatives for everyone A vibing place to be!
We decided to eat here on our day trip to Mt Gambier from Naracoorte and it was a bitter cold day so we were pleasantly surprised to have a choice of ready made stews, curries and Satayâs as well as the usual cafe menu. It was a bustling place but we managed to find a cozy seat near the fireplace(seats quite a few)After glancing over the menu we decided on the eatery choices. Good value. A bowl of whole meal rice and two dishes $15.00 I had the pumpkin & basil ragout and chicken satay. Hubby had the beef & vegetable ragout and chicken satay. Both nice. Wine available here by glass or bottle breakfast or lunch as well as milkshakes, healthy smoothies, soft drinks and barista coffees. The girl at the eatery section was lovely (Queens Birthday PH) and an asset to the owner of this place!

Ventured to Sorrento's at Mount Gambier for a Birthday Lunch for 2 and were not disappointed, Tania (the birthday Girl) had the Garlic Prawns that were beautiful and I went all out with a 400gram Sirloin Steak that was the best steak I have ever had, Compliments to the new steak Chef, Lauren. Amazing All round.

We select the best export quality beef available in the country. Our preference is for beef that is finished on grass as this provides meat with maximum flavor, just as nature intended. What we do differently at the Barn is that we age our beef on the pre
While quality of food was good, mode of service was not. Cold plate, barely warm steak and potato. Clearly been sitting around waiting to be taken to the table. As a result rare steak ended up medium. Filet Mignon was three small pieces (3!) wrapped together by the rasher of bacon rather than one piece. Very disappointing indeed.
