All time favorite. Incredible views and experience, the most fabulous bar in Santorini. Classical music, champagne cocktails, and the most incredible views of the Island. Go a little earlier to get a chaise lounge and enjoy this little paradise on earth.

At Ampelos high above the caldera, we are open for lunch, dinner, late night, special occasions, outdoor seating with fantastic view. Also indoor dining room in cooler weather.

We stopped in for dinner after drinks and watching the sun set at Francoâs Bar (see separate review). Itâs located above the main thoroughfare and offers a very good view of Thira especially if you get a table near the ledge. My Meatballs and Rice in a tomato sauce was good, the 4 meatballs were on the small side though, about 2.5cm in diameter...a little disappointing. The others enjoyed their meals of Shrimp Pastas and Moussaka. The Greek Salad starters were also very good. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Good meal but definitely not among the best weâve had in Santorini or Athens!

Great modern restaurant with an option to sit on the terrace or inside the cave- great unique cocktail menu or wide range of wines. Freshly cooked pizzas and tasty starters (we had nachos and bruschetta)- beware the portions are huge, especially the nachos! Pizzas were fresh- almost too much cheese though as sometimes you struggled to taste the other ingredients. Though a nice alternative from some of the other restaurants in the local area.

A fabulous experience!A family meeting (- some from Australia,some from UK) was made even more special by Metropolis Str.. The view from our table has to be one of the world's best views.Food was excellent, service was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to enhance our evening.Special thanks to "Nic", our waiter and guide through the menu and wine list, and to the restaurants two very helpful lady managers.It is difficult to see how this could be bettered anywhere in the world.

Quaint spot surrounded by so many flowers and plants. A really beautiful spot. We went here for cappuccinos and other drinks. The service was prompt, professional and the drinks were good. Very clean spot with an impressive wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

Had drinks with the sunset in this place. The drinks were pretty good (I had sangria) and the view was great. Waiters are nice and the owner, Nick, was pretty chatty. Nice atmosphere. A great stop to make.

We went there for my friend's birthday and really enjoyed our night in scala. The food was really good and anesiss who served us was an incredible waiter. He even brought a birthday waffle courtesy of the house for the birthday girl,which by the way was super delicious. I had the hummus octopus which was superb as well. Would definitely go again!Thank you Anesiss!
