Its surface area is 32.216 square kilometres (12.439 sq mi) and it has 765 inhabitants. It has three small villages, Chora, Karavostasis, and Ano Meria, which are connected by a paved road. A gem of a restaurant in an unexpected place. Paolo and Flavia were so welcoming and the restaurant is simple, but serves very high quality Italian food. We had a pizza, pasta, salad and dessert to share... donât miss the Caprese Salad with real mozzarella di bufala from Italy. Highly recommend making the effort to dine here if you are in Folegandros.

On my wife's birthday we celebrated with our local friends. Pizza was excellent and the handmade pasta is prepared just before your eyes, which makes it (aside from its excellent taste) an extra treat. The staff was very attentive and the wine excellent.
