This eating place is around since a long time and as I could see the same, by now a bit elderly man is in charge and very involved, always helping. He was the one, who set the table for me, when other restaurants have a 'helper' for that. Not that he knew me. After a not so good experience here many, many years back, I used to prefer the restaurant next door for dinner. But after some bad food experiences there I thought of giving the 'Floisvos' another try.The menu card has a nice cover, made from cork, and at the beginning is an explanation of the beautiful Greek word 'Floisvos' and more about the history of the place. The waiter was friendly and professional. In the menu card I saw that they even offered a rather rare 'Sea Urchin Salad', something I usually like as a starter, but this time I was not too much in the mood for a very iodine flavour. Instead I went for Fried Kalamari with an Eggplant Salad as a starter.Eggplant Salad is for me a classical item to judge the cooking of a restaurant. It always gets offered in very different ways. If there is mayonnaise or mustard in it, then the cooking is no good for me. None of that here, also the eggplant was not mashed, but shredded and it had plenty of onion and garlic in it. The Fried Kalamari were small and tender, with little oil and flour. For me just done perfectly and some of the best I had lately. I could have used more lemons with it, instead of just a quarter. When trying to ask for some more lemon, a group of young Australian kayakers arrived, so the waiter was too busy for it.

Since 1993, Navagio waterfront restaurant is renowned for its mediterranean cuisine, seafood, lobster pasta dishes, fresh grilled fish and modern greek seafood recipies based on local specialties.
Nice restaurant by the sea, with welcoming service and fresh fish. They also had good wine options, which is not very common in Milos.

Τraditional Melian recipes - local products and fresh fish caught by local fishermen. Greek traditional cuisine, gril and spaghetti.
Location by the sea a huge plus, but the street is next to you too.Waiter was friendly enough, but couldn't really be bothered. Must have had a hellish summer season and be looking forward to the winter.Prices standard for Adamas.Food we had was standard stuff. Basic oven fare. Stuffed courgette flowers basically courgette flowers stuffed with rice that had been cooked in heavy chicken stock. They looked pretty sloppy on the plate. The lamb shank was on the dry side. The stuffed tomatoes had same filling as courgette flowers. The lemon potatoes were alright, but some were half cooked. If this is your first intro to Greek food, thern you'll probably think it's great stuff, but what I had was middle of the road.

Perfect spot for a romantic dinner out, with a stunning view over the Milos harbour - donât miss the sunset, itâs a special treat for your eyes ... and your souls. Then comes the food: simply exquisite. We got goat cheese stuffed fried dumplings and a dsako as starter: amazing, and then we got grilled and stuffed squids, which were mouthwatering. Strongly recommended, probably among the top 3 restaurants on the island.

"Lydia" is a lovely Greek restaurant that takes its guests to a wonderful jurney of culinary delights. The restaurant offers tasteful traditional Greek dishes and seafood. It is located close to the beach with a stunning view of the sea, creating warm and
The restaurant is opposite Papikinos beach, a 15min walk from Adamas harbour on the coastal road. It comes just after the very popular restaurant 'O! Hamos'. The name 'Lydia' is that of the chef, a lady from Poland, who has been coming to Milos for over 25 years and who used to work as a chef at the 'Marianna' restaurant by the harbour. The service job is taken over by her son Mateusz, who also speaks Greek, and his girl friend Marta, who doesn't speak Greek, but good English. They are all very friendly and do their job with a lot enthusiasm. As they told me, they spend the summers here, in winter they go back to Cracow. On the first evening - after some complimentary appetizers were served - I had an eggplant salad, which came with capers (the only place I have seen this besides the 'Marianna') and which I liked. For the grilled octopus I had to wait a long time and then it came soaking in oil and rather tough. I also had to ask for some fresh lemon, which normally comes with it. Not the 'Best Seafood', as the restaurant advertises itself on a board by the entrance.Having especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the service I went back again the next evening with my daughter and her husband. This time I ordered the 'Grilled Sardines', which came without their heads and with a separate bowl of oil. When paying the bill I was surprised to see that here they cost 12â¬, when at the 'Marianna' the price is 9â¬.We also tried the 'Lydia Salad', which was quite original with lots of lettuce and rocket, with soft Myzithra cheese and peeled apple wedges, all topped with Balsamico vinegar. When I asked Mateusz, if they do any Polish dishes, he said that his mother makes a Gulash - the Polish, not the Austrian or Hungarian variety. At the end we were each offered a glass of Tsipouro (Pomace Brandy).

This restaurant is simply delicious. My husband and I arrived early with only a couple tables taken, midway through our meal the line was down the alley. The servers were cheerful, attentive and great service. The location is beautiful, we say outside, but inside looked lovely as well. While the hungry crew waited in line they were brought complimentary white wine and the server came later you collect glades. The value was amazing, tied for first place for the best mall we've had in Milos and the value was unbelievable! We ordered greek salad, cheese pie, grilled artichokes with capers, and a slow cooked lamb shank in butter and cheese. Shared everything and were stuffed!! This comes highly recommended from two people who really love and appreciate a good meal. All the other tables orders looked amazing, we were sneaking peeks at other dishes as they were delivered. Please go to this restaurant, you'll be so glad you did!!

We had dinner here last night and the waiter was actually running around to try to keep up with the orders, eventually he did get a helper. I ordered the stuffed pork and it was not stuffed, makes me believe something got lost in the translation. Nevertheless it was good. Our total price came to 26 euro which included a salad a appetizer a meal had a beer. I would certainly return.

The place has very high recommandations and friends of ours had a good experience in July. For us it was a real disappointment ... not one of the meals we ordered had all the ingredients mentionned on the menu ! The tomatoes-mango-ananas-coriander salad had no mango and the tomatoes were awful (a shame at the end of summer). The tuna teradito with passion fruit had no passion fruit. The california roll with crab had surimi kind of crab inside ... the worse ever. Overall the quality of the ingredients was missing and they was nothing interesting in the taste of the meals. Omega3 in Sifnos is still far far ahead for a gustative experience !!!
