We'd been thinking of going to 7dayz Mama's last year and most of the holiday this year, we finally went on Sunday before flying home on Tuesday (luckily we didn't leave it until Monday as the restaurant is closed on a Monday). Great choice of food, you choose items Meze style; we chose 5 items and each one was amazing! You also get bread and 2 dips whilst waiting for food to be prepared (be aware of the pink coloured dip - it isn't taramasolata, it's chilli!). Food is fresh using ingredients available on the day and if an item runs out, then that's unfortunate. Highly recommend.

We’ve eaten here twice whilst on holiday. It’s situated on the beach front & they offer a good selection of freshly caught fish. First meal we had Salmon, swordfish, sea bass & sea bream Each meal was amazing and good portion sizes Second meal very similar but husband had pork chop and it was huge and extremely good. Little expensive but worth the money. Fab atmosphere & friendly staff Must try

Special family recipe Greek Gyros kebab grill. Family business in Zipari, Kos Iskand, on the main road though Zipari.
The best gyros I've tasted. Vassilis has his own secret spice mix for his gyros, which is amazing. The restaurant has been open for two years, and has visitors from all over the world. If you're not a fan of gyros, there are lots of other choices, on one occasion we had chicken skewers with salad and pitta, again excellent with very generous portions. Both Vassilis and Bianca are very charming and are more than happy if you want to share a meal between two people. Their motto seems to be "of course".Thank you so much! Hope seeing you again!

Recently stayed in Tigaki for a week and are here 4 times during our holiday. It may not look amazing but the food and hospitality make up for it. Family run and owner very friendly. Specials board every night along with normal menu. Food portions massive and everything cooked really well. Spoiled for choice and struggled to decide what to have...complimentary bread and butter and drinks cheapest we found. Cocktails were lovely and wine was good. We ate a variety of meals - mixed grill, steak with pepper sauce, mousakka, meatballs, pork gyros, burgers, spaghetti bolognese ..every meal was delicious. Not expensive at all...would highly recommend.

Ikaros Restaurant is located close to a magnificent beach in one of the most beautiful Greek islands, Kos.In our restaurant guests will find reasonable prices, a very friendly service and feel the local Greek hospitality. Enjoy delicious freshly cooked me
Gorgeous, traditional-style Greek taverna - amazing food and wine and great service! Loved the view of the sea and because the restaurant is a short walk from all of the bizz of the town, it was quiet and relaxing!

We vacation every summer on the Greek islands. When we are in Kos, we always have lunch at Alikes restaurant in Tigaki. The food is always very tasty. We love the watermelon & feta cheese, fresh strawberries with home made ice cream. Fried calamari is tasty too. The service is good. Recommended!

Run by a women's cooperative, this is a really old fashioned place. We like to sit in the small area by the road. Everything you order comes with a small snack. Even if you only order a frappe, a homemade biscuit comes with it. And the drink is no more expensive. A real treat of a place.

I first spotted the bar because I liked the sunbeds and parasol that was on the beach. A pleasant surprise was the fact the sunbeds etc was free just buy drinks/food from the bar which is very reasonable. We had a beautiful meal lunch time with the most amazingly tasting cocktails. We loved it.We was just sorry we found this little gem so late on in our holiday or we would have spent more time there. Thank you! Xx
