This is a lovely place for a drink, snack or meal, especially if you are a first time visitor to Sousse. This place is easy to find, the staff are excellent and it offers good value if you are perhaps less confident about tackling more "local" cafes. It is spotlessly clean, the food and drinks are good, expecially the brunch, obviously popular as lots or local people can be seen enjoying it too. Check out the signs for the loos - hilarious! :)

Our Daughter is married to a Tunisian so we visit Sousse often to see family. We always meet friends at La Veranda as its right on the main drag so a great place to people watch. They do a range of Pizzas,omlettes,Begals, Ice creams Gooey cakes and an endless list of teas coffees and chocolate drinks. Its the cheapest place I have ever been to when compared to the UK and although the Waiters tend to favour the locals you do get served eventually.

We had dinner in this restaurant and from the moment we entered the restaurant the service was great and the staff very kind. All the meals were prepared with a lot of attention for details and tasted delicious. The kids menu came with a nice little gift and our kids loved it! Weâve got a lot of value for our money! We recommend this restaurant without any doubts.

My first choice eatery in Sousse is always First Coffee & Resto, for itâs superb food and beverages, wonderful atmosphere, and friendly helpful staff.Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner itâs a lovely place to spend an hour or two sharing food with family or friends.

We enjoyed delicious home cooked food served by the friendly couple who run this place. Lamb with couscous was really tasty, salad Mechouia was spicy and also delicious. They are working on the rooftop terrace; when itâs finished itâll be a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cool drink. Very handy after a visit to the Sousse Archaeological Museum.

Until quite recently , this establishment had a poor reputation due to a negative attitude projected by staff and management. EG: No manager of such an establishment should spend his time watching TV and smoking. In addition there were hygiene problems , which when reported to management , were ignored. The recent takeover is , so far , proving a success , so my friends and I will âwatch this spaceâ as it were .

Was expecting to have lunch together with my wife at the cafe, was looking at the menu fore the luch, taking foto to ssend fore my wife so we could order before she came...10 min later.. The man /manager(I think) Told me to not tahe pfoto and was vry ruud and i really felt pushed to leave th cafe in a hurry. SORRY that people can this attitude fore the guests and Touirst, I really didnt get the point why he acted in this way.. I left the place and we will never visit the place again

Served quickly and bill presented with desserts in cafe style. Appears to be a sister restaurant to l'Oliver next door. 16 dinar for a banana split, cola light, chocolate cake and cappuccino. Quick to bring the bill but with a 20 note for my tab non existent to appear with change. Had been bothered 3 times during our short stay with hawkers so not in mood for 20% gratuity! Would return as banana slept is my wife's favourite. Managed to extract change by finding waiter.

Was having a nightmare of a time staying at Marhaba Salem hotel and the food was awful. We ate here almost every morning for breakfast and dinner.The servers were outstanding and so welcoming.They would remember us and know our order already! â2 espresso, Nutella pancakesâ! If we ever came back to Tunisia itâs the first place Iâd go back to visit!

Great little,cafe that do amazing milkshakes and coffees. The waiter remembers us every year and makes a real fuss of us.......u might be All Inclusive but plz give it a go.....pop in on your way home from shopping......it won't disappoint
