Last year this restaurant was our top pick. This year - not so much.Don't get me wrong. The staff is a delight and the music is great. But the prime rib was undercooked.A second visit found us ordering hamburgers. This time my burger was overcooked.Third time - well the fettucine was delicious. And a fourth visit for Sunday breakfast was very nice.So it was a mixed bag for us. We'll keep trying because we like the staff and atmosphere.

This fabulous restaurant is located in San Carlos right on the main drag. Surprised it isn't already listed. It's a favorite spot.
Itâs pretty average food. Some better than others. Prices are fairly steep. Cilantro soup was excellent. Raspberry chicken was mediocre. Prime rib was tough. After dinner drink delicious. Friendly staff. I would go back, but only if someone else was wanting to go there. Wouldnât be my first choice.

This restaurant is nothing fancy, and I would have missed it if not for friends familiar with the good food. There is nothing outstanding inside, except the food. Everything is fresh, so dietary accommodations can be made, including vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant is family friendly, has a full bar, as well as attentive and friendly service.

complete lunch and dinner menus. Multiple selections of Sonoran Prime Beef, Seafood, poultry dishes. San Carlos' only Teppan Table (please make reservations). We also have vegan and gluten-free items. Full bar and patio with great live music beginning at
We have bee in San Carlos for two weeks , have tried many restaurants and had only one poor experience. We leave today and chose Delfines for our last meal here. We have eaten here several times, both for lunch and for dinner, and have never been disappointed. It definitely is a gringo restaurant and has no view but it has consistently good and reasonable priced (but not cheap) food, excellent service, good drinks and enjoyable entertainment at the outside seating area.We recommend this restaurant as our favourite in San Carlos.
Los mariscos están muy muy sabrosos y frescos, el lugar es muy agradable y el servicio muy rápido. Los precios muy aceptables

We spent several weeks in Guaymas working on our boat and wanted to try something different and this was a easy walk from Hotel Armida. The sushi is not what you would expect if you live in the States as it is heavy on the cream cheese and rice but not bad. We went there several times as the price was very reasonable for dinner. The best dishes we had were the coconut shrimp and other shrimp based dishes. They were perfect and the nachos where a good snack. It has several TVs to watch sports and on the weekend there was a band playing traditional music. If you want something different it worked for us.

Obviously very popular - totally full on Saturday afternoon. Maybe we should have ordered seafood rather than fish. The tuna steak with mango sauce was OK in itself but for US$10 I expected more than three lettuce leaves and two slices of tomato as an accompaniment. The chicken salad, described as "fiery" had little flavour at all. The fish cordon bleu and the fish minon were average. Think it thrives on its name rather than actual quality or, as I say, maybe we ordered the wrong things.

This branch its similar to the one in Tijuana, but not the same. There are more options here, and it feels like more restaurant than a fast food joint (like in TJ).Ordered a taco octopus enchilado and it was almost perfect, except that it had too much garlic. Also, I ordered a jamaica, and it never came. I told the waiter and the manager heard, and offer to give the jamaica to go,complimentary.I would return to this place, there are a lot of other dishes that I wanted to try.Ps. Loved the air fans,it was very breezy,

Seafood in Northern Mexico is recognized more for their fresh seafood "cocktail" dishes rather than cooked. That being said, you can get some of both worlds here but their ceviche, tostadas, shrimp cocktails are still better than their cooked offerings. Shrimp cocktails, ceviche and crab tostadas are always good, on the other side, their marlin and shrimp tacos and their grilled octopus should be experienced with a good, cold beer.
