I always feel like Peter Pan in a sweet shop when I visit the Forest, and I haven't even got a sweet tooth.The food is unfalteringly fantastic. The service, exemplary.The staff, attentive, well mannered and more than competent, and to say otherwise would be the mark of a halfwit!I will continue to recommend the forest as I always have.

Lunch with friends was very poor. Service was ok but too slow. Baked Brie was tasteless, badly presented and obviously pre heated. Gammon was far too salty and again badly presented. Chips were atrocious and would it have been too much to expect a tomato and some peas which I would have expected with gammon . Our wine, 2018 Shiraz, was possibly the worst example I have ever sampled. At £22 it was expensive and I later discovered it was just 8% ABV.Itâs a shame that I have had to write such a demonising report because when I last visited the food was quite reasonable.Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and leave your feedback. I am sorry to read that your lunch with friends was poor. I can assure you that our Brie starter is sliced, floured, breaded and cooked to order by our chefs. Our Gammon does not come with Tomato and Peas however with Pineapple and two fried eggs, I am sorry that you felt the presentation badly presented, I will most definitely speak to our chefs. The Shiraz that we sell is as you say a low ABV, we have a range of low ABV wines on our menu to cater for all, I am sorry that this wasn't made clear to you upon purchase.I do hope you will return, as you have said, you have dined with us previously and enjoyed our food.Kind Regards, The Kings Arms

After finding this gem back in June we have visited time and time again.Itâs peaceful, trendy atmosphere and fantastic coffee really do offer something that I have struggled to find anywhere else in Kenilworth. Today I had yet another fantastic Mocha whilst I sat outside in the sunshine and waiting for my breakfast which again did not disappoint.Highly recommend *****

Went thursday for lunch, place looks good but food disappointing. Order the soup and asked for a soup spoon,the waitress delivered it not holding the handle! The soup was Luke warm sent it back to be reheated. My partner had the rump steak 8 oz it obviously shrunk in cooking..very small but cooked perfectly.the bowl of twice baked chips..first two were ok rest burnt. This is not a cheap place ..£18.95 and left feeling hungry. Visited on a Saturday evening, and found the restaurant to be very quiet despite most other restaurants in Knowle being very busy.This seems to be down to the location which is just off the High Street - but that is certainly not down to the quality of the food which we found to be excellentThe menu is very interesting and the tastes are divine

I haven't been to the Indian Edge for some time due to personal reasons but had the pleasure of going last week again taking some friends who were visiting the area. The service was impeccable, and the food sublime, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The only one criticism was the speed at which the mains arrived was a little slow for my liking, however better slow and fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend

Booked a table for 4 last Saturday for 8pm.A genuine warm welcome was received and we were seated by the window.What followed was nearly 3 hours of fabulous dining. The food was some of the best Indian i have tasted. I could not fault the whole experience from the food & drink to the friendly service. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and iâm looking forward to going there again.

We were here for a Sunday lunch with a friend. The food was lovely, and the service very good. We all had a different selection from the menu and each one was well presented and well received. We all cleared our plates. Would highly recommend.
