Poor management
Reviewed By luaesterWe requested twin beds and we got confirmation from the hotel about it, but we did not get them. Also, the check in was meant to be at 2.30 pm according to the website, but we got there at 3 pm and the room was not ready. We were asked to come back 30 min later. The excuse was that they were short on personnel, and even if they messed up with the bed setup they did not offer to fix it while we where away. Basic room. Just enough. The light of the bathroom runs on a timer which was inconvenient as it would activate if one passed in front of the bathroom (without entering) and it switched off a couple of times while we were in the shower/bathroom.

Reviewed By VesTanchAfter 2 hours travelling, working all day and after that 2 more hours travelling back, the only thing that I wanted was to check out and you know... (to go to the toilet). Ok, but NO. I had to wait 40 minutes to bring me a toilet paper, because there wasn,t any in the room... Very, really very slow check in. The room itself is ok and the lication is ok.

Reviewed By Marco BAppartamentino in una posizione fantastica (un minuto da Vitosha Boulevard) una camera cucina e bagno. Le dimensioni sono piccole, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e una specie di divano letto in pelle non troppo comodo. La pulizia andrebbe un pò migliorata

Reviewed By cazw42stayed at the hotel 007. the staff were very helpful and friendly. but we had to pay 113pounds for alleged damage to a table. also they have cream carpets and was told that they would have to pay to get it cleaned. my husband has to use a wheelchair to get around so what were we supposed to do (float). no tea or coffee making facilities either. had to go to the shop next door to buy a coffee. if you stay here please be careful not to get stung for money

Reviewed By Gaia BCi sono stata una notte di passaggio. Accogliente, pulito e arredato con gusto. La camera matrimoniale è deliziosa, c’è un piccolo patio altrettanto carino. Seppure breve è stato un soggiorno rilassante e gradito propio grazie all’appartamento che ha reso tutto molto confortevole. Proprietari gentilissimi e gentili. Unica pecca il bagno davvero piccolo. Ubicato in zona non troppo centrale ma con una camminata di 15 minuti si arriva facilmente in centro. Ottimo!

Reviewed By vasilisvrouzosΤο κατάλυμα είναι σαν σταύλος , οι ιδιοκτήτρια ανίκανη και αγενής. Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο. Όλα μέσα είναι κατεστραμμένα. Αναγκαστικά να φύγω από εκεί μετά από πολύωρο ταξίδι με το αυτοκίνητο και να ψάχνω δωμάτιο στα Σόφια 9.00 το βράδυ. Ότι δείτε στις πληροφορίες τους είναι λάθος.

large room, good location, but no reception and no services.
Reviewed By AryansoorenLocation of the hotel is good, room are relatively large and with good views. Apart from that, having no reception is not convenient. Lift/elevator is small and slow. The hosts did not accept cards so had to get cash from cash-machine. The front door is made of poor quality metal, and cut my hand while opening it. Note this guesthouse shares access to other floors, including residents etc. Price was relatively ok due to its convenient location.

Non dimenticate mai nulla in questo luogo
Reviewed By teodorag140Sono stata al mese di maggio in questa struttura per 3 giorni. Sono ripartita presto alla mattina e purtroppo ho dimenticato una giacca di pelle che amo tanto e ho da anni. Visto che di giacché non mi mancano a casa, non me ne sono accorta subito di questa dimenticanza, ma nemmeno sono stata avvisata dalla proprietaria di tale negligenza da parte mia. Un mese dopo, al momento che avevo voglia di rivestire questo capo, sono riuscita a risalire al dove avevo visto per ultima volta la mia giacca ed era lì in questo appartamento. Ho contattato la signora di questo appartamento e lei con tanta fatica e riuscita a dirmi che si è stata ritrovata! Visto che a Sofia vive mia sorella, l’ho mandata a prendermela. Quando mi hanno consegnato il capo, era stato lavato e rovinato. Ho contattato ancora la signora e lei mi ha detto che forse era rovinata perché me l’ha tenuta in cantina dove era umido. Le ho inviato le foto dimostrandole che era rovinata e lei si è arrabbiata con me. La mia giacca odorava di lavanderia chimica e la parte interna era perfettamente pulita. Non l’ha avevo mai lavato questa giacca e non aveva al interno i segni di usura, ma al esterno riporta i segni chiari di un intervento di lavaggio, per non parlare che è anche più stretta di prima! Ho cercato di chiedere un rimborso, ma sono stata trattata come una che ha torto e mi era stato detto che sia la signora che il marito sono avvocato e qualsiasi azione intraprendo e una causa persa per me! Ecco! State attenti a non dimenticare niente, visto che poi rischiate di non essere nemmeno avvisati e forse i vostri capi venduti ai negozi second hand! Dimenticavo: la signora ha detto che non mi aveva chiamato, visto che su Booking avevo messo un punteggi basso: certo con un bagno che dovevo nuotare dopo un po’ di come si riempiva per la canalizzazione che funzionava male, non potevo segnarli un punteggio buono!
