The food here is some of the cheapest youâll find in Matira beach. It hits the spot if you just want something to put in your mouth. The standard menu of: pizza, salad, burger, chicken/fish/beef, Polynesian dishes. Food (Raw fish in coconut milk) was a little bland for me; bearing in mind this is the local dish I wouldâve expected it to be better. In other restaurants youâll find it prepared a lot better (with more flavor).

We ate here a few years ago and liked it so much we had to come back! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful. Itâs not cheap, but what in Bora Bora is! It is worth a trip for dinner. A great experience!

It's a tourist spot. Yeah, it's the kind of place you have to visit because whenever you tell people you were on Bora Bora someone will ask, "Did you go to Bloody Mary's?". $19 pitchers of local beer and $20 hamburgers while sitting on log stumps is what you'll find along with slow service by staff lacking personality. Yeah, I know, it's everything on island time. So, yes, I've been there and I got the t-shirt because the t-shirts at $27 were the best deal in the place. So, I'm not saying to avoid Bloody Mary's, just that you need to understand what it is before you go.

We stayed at the resort for 5 nights and we had plenty of opportunities to try different dishes from the restaurant and different cocktails from the bar. The restaurant service is good, the staff is gentle and prompt, the food is good and the menu various. I would not say the same of the bar, we went one evening asked for a cocktail, they did not bring the snacks and I had to ask for them, we asked for the bill and they brought it after more than 20 mins. The cocktail was good but we wanted to spend one hour we got directly to dinner time because of the incredibly long waiting time.Dear Davide P,Ia Orana from the InterContinental Bora Bora Le Moana Resort! We appreciate your kind assistance for having taken your valuable time to share your experience. We thank you for your helpful suggestions; the matters you have raised have been discussed with the department heads concerned and corrective measures are being taken.
