We almost didn't go in, because the steps leading up to what appears to be a patio were chained shut, but one of the waiters waved us in from a door nearby. We stopped through on our way down from the Alps and there weren't a lot of other lunch options open, and this worked out just fine for our small family. We were sat out at a larger covered patio - not the one in front - and had good service. I had the trout and was happy to get the whole fish - a nice presentation and a hearty meal. The restaurant has a bit of a formal feel to it, but the prices were mid-range.

We had just done a 9 hour walk accidentally! So were very grateful when we ended up at this restaurant as were tired and very hungry. Great friendly staff who served very well. I had a good pizza and had chips as well which were fine if not amazing. Sat outside which was nice. As Iâm vegetarian and was on a three week camping holiday this was my third pizza in three weeks, and it was much better than the one I had in Italy!

We stopped here with family and friends inadvertantly as the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed, and we are so glad we did. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious and other dishes we ordered were fresh and tasty. Service was fast and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
