I certainly enjoyed the beautiful dining environment. Itâs located at the first floor of Park hotel. I get to know it through the inflight magazine of Adria airlines. The photos attract me and I decide i would love to try if I ever get to Skopje. The food is well presented and also tasty. I ordered a salad, traditional spread and fried calamari. All of them were in good portion. The spread had five different flavor along with cheese. The waiter was very nice to bring warm bread for me for the spread. The calamari was nicely done as well. If you wanna have a fancy dinner, you certainly can give it a shot. Itâs about 10 min walking from the main square.

Good local food of course means meat. I have visited Dojrana a few times and a pork roast (with a nice thick crispy skin) remains the favourite. Make sure to try the "padobranac" (i.e. the paratrooper) dessert which is a Macedonian/Balkan take on french macaroons.Price/quality ratio is of course good, like in most of the places in Macedonia.

This is the worst restaurant that I have been. The service was not so fast, the wither was drunk. He try to but as much things on the table as he can. We order 2 Shopska salad, he gives us 4. We order 2 raznici he put in the bill 3. At the end the bill was higher with 15 euros. Our guest want to pay the bill. waiter see him that he is foreigner put all this things in the bill and try to get money once again from us when our friend went to toilet. at the end he came just to collect tips openly ask "Give me tips, You have to pay for tips". We realize that something is not OK start to check the bill in that moment he runs away and his collegue was arguing that he left home. His collegue didn't want to make storno of the bill and to return that money that his drunk colleague stole from us. .

Much better service elsewhere. Male waiter who couldnât really care and said thank you or please while few feet away, walking back to his stool to rest his weary feet. The salad was good apart from the chicken part which must have come from the smallest chicken in the world, and that was for a large salad......Couldnât wait to finish my food and leave.

Went with Macedonian friends. Excellent array of cold meats, cheeses, grilled mushrooms, roasted chillis and stuffed pide for starters. Very traditionally washed down with Macedonian brandy. Then assorted main dishes, not particularly Macedonian but very good. Waiter friendly and helpful throughout.

Hotel recommended this restaurant because we wanted traditional Macedonian food. Eyes bigger than stomach! Selecting a few novel items we quickly discovered there was no way we could get through even half! Not large portions, just too many! I ordered a baked cheese dish, had one taste and the rest was left; it wasn't to my taste. The traditional beans were pretty bland and those were left as well. The salad was wonderful as was their wine. Nice venue and not too crowded. Prices were affordable.
