Cassia invites you to celebrate the Renaissance in Chinese fine dining, taking inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China and the seas around Singapore. Classics are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the fres
We came for a Sunday lunch and the "easy to park" basement carpark is fully redeemable. On arrival, I was thrilled by the lovely decor and our seats were very comfortable. Three of us chose the set menu which costs a reasonable $59 each. It consists of a choice of six dim sum items, soup, a choice of three meat in dainty portion, a choice of noodles (5 types to choose from) and a choice of dessert. My husband ordered ala carte as he was on a vegetarian diet. All of us had a complimentary glass of hawthorn juice and a dainty appetiser. The dim sum was tasty and not salty. The seafood noodle was very impressive. They gave a complimentary dessert to my husband. We also had a small piece of cheese cake with a candle as we were there on my daughter's birthday. The service was especially good and we felt really pampered by them. After lunch, we walked to view the plaque signifying the meeting spot for the Trump-Kim Summit. I would strongly recommend a meal here to be pampered.Dear Kim025Singapore,Thank you for sharing! I am so happy to know that you and your family enjoyed the lunch and the sumptuous delicacies prepared by Chef Lee and his team were to your liking. Looking forward to welcome all of you back again soon!Warm regards,Andrew BurnsDirector of Food and Beverage

Mitzo reinvents the Chinese dining experience and brings with it a fresh approach and energy. A key feature of Mitzo cuisine is staying true to the philosophy of Cantonese cuisine; focusing on the quality of ingredients and its execution, while retaining
My 2nd visit. We like the deco and classy atmosphere and the good service the last trip, so we decided to celebrate our date and anniversary in Mitzo.Started off fine as we were 1st guests in the restaurant. The restaurant is big, over 20+ tables or more separated over 3 sections with partitions. But for some reason they squeeze every guest that comes in into same section! So we have 2 couples, a family, and a big group of 8 ladies all squeezed into the small section of the very big restaurant! That resulted a very noisy place especially the ladies having a gathering were talking very loudly, we canât hear each other conversation!1 lady even put her handphone on speaker and did a business concall for 10mins walking up and down the section, with no one stopping her! OMG!End up we shortened our dinner and left the place, spoiling a supposedly romantic anniversary celebration! My wife told me we will never go back again, the dinner cost almost $200 for 2 and we have to suffer this terrible night!

Serving Cantonese specialties and innovative modern presentations for lunch and dinner, Summer Pavilion provides an exquisite culinary experience amidst a picturesque garden.
Was invited by my friends for a surprise birthday dinner to Summer Pavilion and am really satisfied with the service and food quality. Special thanks to Christine and Chun Wai for being so warm, welcoming and professional when serving the dishes, being informative and also attentive to special dietary needs. Also would really like to thank Chef Cheung for the personalized dishes and taking the time to greet us and to wish me happy birthday!! Food quality and taste was superb, but the service is really something that made me feel that the restaurant is distinguished from others and would really love to come back again really soon! Once again thank you to Chef Cheung, Christine and Chun Wai for the night, it would always be a memorable 1st visit to Ritz Carlton and Summer Pavilion!

Read about the champagne afternoon tea set and we decided to come here for our anniversary celebration. The savoury selection was served in a stack of 5 Tiffin containers and featured local fusion creations inspired by Chinese, Indian and Malay food. The bearded dragon prawn was by far the tastiest treat. Free flow dessert bar and artisan tea, coupled with a flute of champagne make this a perfect go to place for a celebratory meal. The service crew is so sweet to us. Thanks Jega and crew!

The Rose Veranda has been an institution for afternoon tea since its inception in 1991. The refurbished lounge offers a refreshing, contemporary look and enhanced dining options, cementing its status as the preferred venue for leisurely afternoons. Look f
I have been to the Rose Veranda on many occasions and have always been thoroughly satisfied with my experience. However, on this occasion, I noticed a marked difference in the quality and variety of the food on offer. The food trays were not replenished often enough, there was not as much of a selection of desserts and the crème brulee was way undercooked and runny. The most disappointing thing was that there were no scones on offer. You had to ask for them to be specially cooked for you. What is a High Tea without scones, cream and jam?! There always used to be scones and lots more delicious desserts. By 4.30 the chocolate fountain had been switched off and the whole dessert area looked decidedly sad! I won't be going back. :( Dear 373sianr, Thank you for sharing this review with us. We are disappointed to hear that you did not manage to receive the same Rose Veranda experience during your recent visit. Do accept our sincere apologies that we were unable to live up to expectations, and your comments have been forwarded to our culinary team for follow-up.I sincerely hope that we are given the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future to showcase an improved dining experience with us.
