Curated wines and modern European food in a rustic shophouse space.
Well worth making a visit - Lucas Feys has succeeded in creating a magnificent wine list which together with a modest menu provides a haven for those who enjoy food with their wine. Will be surprised if you donât enjoy it

Visited Shukuu on a Tuesday night and was surprised by the crowd on a weekday night! Indeed the food served was very exquisite and tasted amazing. Service was great too with the staff recommending whatâs the top seller. Ordered the charcoal grilled squid and it was prefect! Not too tough and well grilled! Mentaiko rosti was also very well done with the generous serving of mentaiko mayo! All in all, an izakaya place worth going!

Home to the worldâs first in-hotel rickhouse, Manhattan at Regent Singapore is a grand hotel bar inspired by the 19th centuryâs Golden Age of cocktails and fine drinking. Delivering on its name with a glamorous yet modern space reminiscent of old New York
Visiting Singapore for the first time in a few years, I was keen to check out its ever changing - and increasingly competitive - bar scene. Manhattan was high on my list to visit having read many a good review...We arrived soon after opening. The bar iteself is beautiful. From arrival, staff were friendly and welcoming, however service lacked any geniune engagement. There was no offer to explain the menu, highlight some of their signature cocktails, etc - which is automatic with most other premium bars. I asked if they had any signature cocktails similar to a martini / a twist on - the short answer was 'no', with no alternate suggestions. Whilst the classic gin martini that I subsequently ordered was very good, the overall experience was somewhat of a disappointment.

After a long day meetings and schedule, I went to the bar for few drinks myself. The atmosphere of the bar was quite nice and comfortable. Staff in the bar were also quite friendly to me. It is a good place to cool down after having a long day.

Open 365 days a year, with a menu offered all day long from opening to closing, we are a very cool Family (our team is our family indeed) and cosy cafe / bistro / bar that serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and late dinner. We took over the very firs
When you call your cafe awesome, youâre setting the bar pretty high. At first glance the surroundings donât disappoint, thereâs enough âawesomeâ decorations and curated memorabilia to make you feel like youâre in a hipster-themed Instagram photoshoot. The service is good with the staff attentive, although it was a little crowded at lunch so they were understandably a little busy and sometimes preoccupied with other tables. The âawesome saladâ was not as awesome as I expected however, as it felt like a little bit of everything had be thrown together rather than finding the most awesome combination of ingredients. As the chicken breast, salmon and prosciutto ham, although large in portion were a little too contrasting in flavours to go with the half avocado the salad was topped with. Anyway the lunch was enjoyable overall and thereâs enough trinkets and decorations around you to keep you occupied throughout.

Just had dinner in the restaurant. Lovely meal with delicate flavours and not overpowering. I had red snapper ceviche and my partner had grilled haloumi both of which were very good. Followed by chicken with crispy potatoes and mushroom jus. Apple tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream made for a delicious end.Good ambience in the restaurant with friendly and efficient service from Jesna and her fellow servers.Would definitely go back and recommend.Dear Dean , I am so glad that you did enjoy your meal , I will share your review with the entire team , Thank you , Stephane Istel Chef / Owner
