Cieszyn [ˈt͡ɕɛʂɨn] ( listen) (Czech: Těšín, German: Teschen, Yiddish: טעשין, Teschin, Latin: Tessin) is a border-town in southern Poland on the east bank of the Olza River, and the administrative seat of Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship. The town has about 36,100 inhabitants (as of 2013), and lies opposite Český Těšín in the Czech Republic's Karviná District, Moravian-Silesian Region. Both towns belonged to the historical region of Austrian Silesia and are the historical capital of the region of Cieszyn/Těšín Silesia.

Went there to catch up with a friend. We did not order any food, we were exploring their liquors' card. Prices are average, selection of beers and whiskey as well. If you expect to have a nice whiskey and a cigar, you can forget that place. Most of the visitors were young people, but it was pleasant and quiet, easy to talk.

My Wife and I have been living here on and off in Ustron for over 3 years. We finally came around to have dinner here at Angels. We shared a Chateaubriand with Bernaise. Sauce - was perfect and to die for. Appetizers were Real Shrimp Cocktail with North American Horseradish Sauce. - thank you for not serving the European Mayonnaise type sauce. My wife has the Herring appetizer which she said was excellent. In a final note I enjoyed the Mad Dog liquor drink - excellent but very hot- spicy- will burn twice LOL.
