Overall, this Hampton property is above average for location, rooms, and presentation. I stayed only for one night, although I noted that the room rate was higher than a standard Hampton. The hotel staff were very helpful. When I requested a later check-out they were able to accommodate. I did not have breakfast, so I can not comment on the fare, although the dining area looked spacious and clean. The double queen room also was spacious, beyond a normal Hampton. The hotel sits on a bluff overlooking an area that contains many choices for dining.

This is an excellent hotel. We were there for a wedding. We enjoyed the pool and billiards table. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. They offered a shuttle to our wedding venue with a very good driver, who was punctual and made an extra drive when not everyone fit in the shuttle. The lobby was large, with plenty of seating which we enjoyed as out large group hung out after the wedding. We kept the bar open until 2am. The bartender was very great. Kudos to all!

I had a booking with Hotels.com go completely awry. Information was never sent to the hotel, after having set up my stay over a month ago. Hotels.com customer service saw they'd made an error but even after telling me it was all set, the Information never made it to the hotel. The manager, Scott, and Anthony at the front desk took my credit card as backup and got me into a room before even having confirmation from Hotels.com. After 2 hours, I finally was able to get Hotels.com to just cancel my reservation and refund me, and I then I booked directly with the hotel (and for less money). Beyond the help Scott and Anthony provided, we also received great service from Jeff, who runs the bar and kitchen. He was friendly and accommodating and made the situation much easier to deal with. I can't begin to explain how frustrated I was with how the interaction started with "We don't have your booking listed"... But this ended up being flipped 180 rather quickly because of the great service we received at the hotel. I definitely recommend this place because of their team, if for no other reason. Thank you, Scott and team. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here and booking directly with your hotel.

We stayed in two rooms and were very disappointed at this hotel. We have stayed at many Courtyard/ Marriott properties and this one was one of, if not the poorest maintained. The reservation was made a month ahead of our stay and because of all the graduations (reason for our trip) the hotel charged exorbitant prices for poor facilities. They also had no compassion for our plight as we had to change our booked hotel because two months after making our reservation they went pet-friendly (all Hiltons) and I have severe allergies. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient-appreciated after a long day. The issue started with a minor annoyance- no floor readout in the elevator and progressed to filthy carpets and banged up walls and renovation equipment in the hall . The halls and elevators were also extremely HOT. Our rooms were not any better- nasty stains all over the carpet and sofa, mold and a missing tile in the bathroom. The grab rail in the shower was loose and the toilet was so low that a child would best fit it. No water pressure in the shower. The A/C was also extremely loud. I realize that many of these items will be taken care of during the renovation, however to charge $350/night for a room in this condition is criminal. To top it off, unlike most hotels in this and other chains, there was no included breakfast or courtesy bottled water for rewards members. Also, in the morning all the elevators were being used by the construction and cleaning people so we had to use the stairs to go out to get food. Word of warning if you are still considering staying here in the near future… the construction is a couple rooms at a time on a guest floor and they not only hog the elevator at check out time but noise starts at 9am so don’t think of sleeping in. Why aren’t they doing a floor at a time so they could leave their equipment out of the way and free up the elevators.

I stayed at the property for 5 days to meet up with friends from New England. The amenities such as breakfast options were nice. Loved having full kitchen in studio suite. Property centrally located close to freeways. Hotel staff fantastic. Quiet and sentence.
