Boutique Asian cuisine with very selective dishes from around the world. Full line of Certified Organic Spirits, Wines, and Sakes. Gluten Free and Organic Food Specials.
Had dinner last night and it was okay, but not great. First, the waiter was brand new, it was his first night. He did fine... I’m sure he’ll be great in a few weeks. I ordered a grapefruit martini, one of the House specials. My husband ordered a regular martini on the rocks. Both seemed weak and my husbands arrived straight. We shared a tuna avocado salad and dumpling appetizer, both were very good. We both ordered the same entree, tenderloin and scallops. It was good, but not great. Maybe it was just an off night, I’d try again.

Found this location in Trip Advisor. Seemed like a nice menu. Easy to find street parking. Nice restaurant space. Greeted promptly and friendly. Kept getting busier as the night went on. Live entertainment ... singer and keyboard. Good music. Super friendly owner. I had difficulty figuring being something for a Vegan diet. Owner sat with me and helped me put together a plate of rice, beans, maduros, veggies and potatoes that really hit the spot. Guac and chips were good. Drinks were very good. Looking forward to coming back and hoping they add more Vegan options.

First visit to the Dew Drop Inn after hearing about their wings for years. We ordered a variety of their specialty wing flavors and all were delicious. Hot, Mango Pineapple Habanero, Cream Cheese Jalapeño, Barbecue. Their tater tots were a fun side.
The place is small but the staff was super fun. Full bar and many craft beers on tap. We will definitely be back another time.

Found this little gem across the street from the CT sports center. They have a wide selection of standard and unique donuts. I would definitely be back to get a dozen! Friendly service too.

Housed in a magnificent building, this luxe Northern Italian restaurant makes you feel thousands of miles from the Shelton corporate park where it is located. Il Palio is known for its homemade Italian cuisine, an extensive wine list, and exceptional service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
You'll feel transplanted as you walk up the steps to Il Palio - that is if you've driven around Corporate Park and passed Michelangelo's Vitruvian Man and the replica of his famous David. The restaurant itself is just stunning, dark woods on the upper level, hand painted walls; light, bright and airy, floor to ceiling glass windows on the lower level for New Year's Eve. Now, the food. Ahh, the food. I'm caught off guard here as I would recommend a dish, but everything I've tried here has been a gastronomical delight. p.s. There's another big secret at Corporate Park: Il Palio's chef apparently runs a small cafe-like store across the way where, on a Tuesday before the Park's free Shakespeare class, you can stop, grab to-go delicious baked goods, a hot meal, or healthy - super healthy - salads with salmon, chicken, beef or just plain beans.

Great food all around, but really great New Haven style pizza. Not cheap, but certainly worth it. You want cheap, call Dominos! You want good, stop on by. The wait staff is not friendly at all, but I guess that's their style.

Copper City Bar and Grill is an American Cuisine restaurant in downtown Ansonia,CT owned and operated by Chef Thomas Carney. We have a rustic ambiance with copper ceilings and feature an open kitchen so you can see our chef at work.
We were pleasantly surprised on our recent visit to the Copper City Bar & Grill. It is located in a "quaint old fashion small town atmosphere" that reminded us of the late 50's and early 60's. Located on main street in Ansonia, one could dine on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant, or in the well appointed restaurant itself. The menu displayed a fine selection of choices, the food was great, the atmosphere was outstanding and the service exceptional. We will definitely dine there again.

I went for lunch recently and started with the misto salad, followed by the fusilli with meat ball, and then sole oreganata. All dishes were prepared very well, the best being the fusilli with meatball. The sole oreganata also had a very good flavor. Prices are very reasonable along with fair wine prices. Service was outstanding and very professional.

We went on restaurant week. The 3 course dinner was $33.17 other restaurants are only $27 or so. I have to say the cream of asparagus soup was very good. The cod said it had crab and herb topping and you couldn't even see the crab. If they didn't advertise it you wouldn't have known, They were like flakes not chunks or even small pieces. Rice was room temp. The brownie ala mode was good. A glass of wine was $9.50.
