Nice place near the sea (opposite side of the road), next to Hyatt Regency hotel. Full of people which is always a good sign.Clean inside with good selection of food (not too long!) and quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. As in many cases, almost nobody speaks English, but menu is in English and it has pictures (yupi!).We chose duck which was fried on our table (each table has a fireplace embeded). The meat was served with 8-10 small bites of vegetables, so with rice and Tsingtao beer, we got full meal. It's not a fancy place but good or casual eating.

There are many BenJias in Qingdao. This one is located in shopping mall MixC on crossroad of Hong Hong road and Shandong road. Great Korean specialities especially barbecue for different type of meat. In case you would like to have quick fix, fresh bibimbab is all the time super option. You get free veggie as starter. You reach the place with metro, bus or car but packing could be challenging. Weekend are crowded in whole shopping mall
