We had great dining experience at amber Palace Baoji which is 1 hour far from Xiâan and located in Shaanxi Provience ,amber is first and only itâs kind of International cuisine in Baoji serving modern cuisine with extraordinary ambience and live Bollywood dance , best thing I like about the amber is Open kitchen where you can watch professional Indian master chefâs cooking your food, well trained service staff makes your day great with big smile ,food is half traditional half fusion we love the mouthwatering kebabs with garlic naan , lamb roganjosh with bone and saffron rice combinations was awesome At amber most of the handsome service and kitchen team speak fluent Chinese and English , itâs only International concept in Baoji worth to visit !Food : Delicious Service : Very GoodOverall : Good
