If you're hungry for a good time The Perk is probably your kind of place. We're the local eatery that feels like home. From the moment you step in the front door, you're part of the neighborhood. The photos on the wall? They may be your grandparents. Our customers? They're your friends, folks who stop by, often more than once each week, to rub elbows in our three dining rooms. Our employees? They have the same sense of community as you do and are committed to providing consistent, friendly service. Our food? Passion is a primary ingredient in every sandwich or entrée. From award-winning burgers to pasta, steak and seafood, there's something for everyone, and you won't go home hungry. Our portions are generous, giving our customers excellent value for their dollar. There's no pretense. Just good times, good people and great food in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. As the locals have told us, The Perk is "everyone's favorite place."
Found this "gem of a restaurant" within the year. Have been there several times, each time trying something new - have never been disappointed. Hostess is always pleasant and welcoming. Waiters, Waitresses, Bartenders and others are visably busy at all times taking care of a large number of diners - have never experienced bad service or anyone with a negative attitude. Meal portions are always very generous, often bringing home what we can't finish for lunch/dinner the next day. The entire restaurant is very clean, well lit, and has comfortable seating - is never so loud in the dining room(s) that you can't have a nice conversation with your fellow diner(s). I would highly recommend this eatery to anyone and everyone!!!

We have seen many shows at the Sellersville ST94 Theatre, and always with dinner at the Washington House Restaurant next door. It has a warm, nostalgic vibe, friendly service, and a moderately-priced menu. They feature some German-inspired specialties as well as some classic American fare. The bar is casual and the dining rooms are more dressy but not stuffy or formal. Try to make a night of it and see a show. Park once for free, and it's all there!

Jesse's Barbecue & Local Market is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in slow-smoked barbecue, which is cooked fresh everyday, year-round in our outdoor, wood-fired smokers. Our menu also offers a variety of delicious made-from-scratch sides, salads, sandwiches, & don't forget desserts! Come enjoy our indoor & outdoor seating areas; take-out is available as well.
This is by far the best BBQ to be found for miles. This place is always busy in early evening, for good reason. They have a number of customers who like the burnt ends dinner. I’ve heard the restaurant was visited by the Food Network but I did not confirm. Well worth the drive.

Ice cream
This business is a quaint one room schoolhouse converted into a unique ice cream eatery. If you like "old school" anything, it is quite a nostalgic place to visit. There is a stimulating overload of pictures and descriptions on the walls with a plethora of ice cream choices offered. Once you have your delicious sweet treat in hand, you can go outside and sit at one of the colorful tables. Bon Appétit

The Washington House has been in Fryburg since, practically, the dawn of man. George Washington actually slept here. Google and read the history. The food is always fantastic! I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and always stop in here for at least one meal when I'm back up to visit. Great service and prices. I highly recommend this place to everyone of all ages.

Four friends had a six pm reservation on a weekend. Beautiful garden setting at an outdoor table overlooking the garden and pond. Appetizers were of fresh ingredients and delicious. The calamari were excellent. The seafood entrees were superb as were the side dishes. Service was excellent.

I was concerned/perplexed when I read some reviews where the diners were unable to finish their meal even on a second visit. Reservations are a must. This is a small BYOB restaurant of a chef that has been at some of my favorite restaurants. I...MoreHi! Thank you for the wonderful review. I'm sorry that you were somehow skipped over for cookies. We usually send them out to everyone regardless of whether you got dessert. Next time you can get your cake and your cookies too! Again I apologize!

This place has been family owned since 1953. The food is all homemade and delicious! The servers are great, most of them have been there 30 years. If you are in the area and are in the mood for some great food, stop in. You will not be disappointed.

The Ralphius flight was amazing. The 2016 and 2017 editions are excellent. The Mardi Gras food was delicious and we loved the chocolate samples, especially the one designed to match the Special Cookie beer. Great environment and friendly people. Lots of seating in several areas, including a birthday party in one section. What a great asset to the community!

Great service and outstanding food sums it up. Stella's offers healthy home-cooked food in a quaint, coffee house friendly setting. The house salad is awesome! Daily specials also worth checking out; the house mac and cheese also terrific. Have not made it here yet for breakfast but it looks like it would be terrific. This is my favorite place for lunch in the area!
