The town lies in the Forth Valley, on the banks of the Firth of Forth, 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Falkirk, 5 miles (8.0 km) west of Bo'ness and 13 miles (20.9 km) south-east of Stirling. Grangemouth had a resident population of 17,906 according to the 2001 Census. Preliminary figures from the 2011 census reported the number as 17,373.

My auntie used to take me to Corviâs when I was a kid. Was in the area earlier in the week and thought Iâd pop down and have a look around. The minute I saw Corviâs it was a must. Absolutely nothing has changed in the twenty five years since I was last there - including the taste and quality. What was the best takeaway in Falkirk is now a cheap imitation - and I've given it 3 chances now.Meat has been replaced by cheap alternatives (the chicken is like value supermarket sliced chicken now) while the sauces are powdery and tasteless. I'm so disappointed. I assume it is under new management and they're trying to squeeze profit to the detriment of the food served so they'll eventually lose more money and then close. I know people that used to travel from Dunfermline for a Mamas, not now.

My wide, daughter and I called here after driving from Wales for a late dinner. The owner was incredibly friendly, very polite and chatted as our food was being done. The meal itself was lovely. We all had different things, and all tried each others. Food was done to perfection. Highly recommended to locals and weary travellers! Free parking opposite, easy to find off the A9. Worth a visit

This is a spotlessly clean place to eat with kids and small fish and chips priced really well.Take a seat and friendly staff take your order and return with freshly cooked delights!Toiletâs also clean and fresh.This is a must when looking for food cooked to order .I would ignore some suspect reviews about Moscardini and read the other really positive genuine ones.When we return for our next holiday we will come back!

As with a few of the cafe's in the town centre this chippie has Italian heritage and you can tell in the quality of the food and service. Located in Grangemouth town centre precinct this is "must visit" place if your visiting Kelpies (5 minute drive). First impressions belie the quality of olde worldy charm of a town from better times BUT the quality of the family owned businesses like this chippe shine through and make it somewhere "diffferent" to visit instead of the shiny new expensive" malls. See beyond the crumbling buildings and you will be pleasantly surprised of the quality served food and drinks served here. IF it was abroad the tour coaches would definitly make it a stop over. NB: The Centre car park is FREE

Whenever we are sitting in the office having our daily food discussions and decide to treat ourselves we normally head for the jos 2 go menu, they have a good selection of different paninnis, wraps, sandwiches and rolls. Good prices and decent food in an easy find location.

This fish & chips shop, is superb in my liking. People, serving the food is so friendly and they cooked their fish and chips the way I liked it, fresh and crispy when its cooked for me. Highly recommended to go for a traditional fish & chips which is a family run business for many years. They deserved to be awarded best fish & chips shop.

Can't beat a wee visit to Benny T's !! Both takeaway and sit in are great. I prefer the option of sitting in. Lovely restaurant inside with plenty tables and different seating areas.
