Somewhat disappointed with our visit to the caff by the station. Definitely not the busy place we remembered.Fag butts all around the entranceway and the inside, certainly not sparkling the way it used to be. Toilets were well below standard and at 3pm on a Saturday we were the only people in the place.Very pleasant young waitress looked after us but the food did little to encourage us to return.

6 of us visited here on Saturday 22nd October for coffee. The owner is a really nice older Italian lady who is very friendly and does a great latte! £10 for 6 drinks is fantastic value espeially compared to the likes of Lido across the road.A down to earth friendly local cafe.
Popped in today with family for a spot of lunch. A lovely young lady serving soon brought us our piping hot soup orders ( 2 choices, chicken & rice which my mum declared as "lovely " and vegan tomato which my niece declared was "fabulous"!)......all accompanied by our choice of sandwiches & French toast (excellent!). Of course, we then had to indulge in some of their lovely homemade cakes & coffee!!! Fabulous value for our party of 5. Excellent , prompt & friendly service. Well worth stopping by! Very child friendly & lovely colourful murals on the bathroom walls . Well done Troon.

Family run cafe offering lots of freshly made dishes and Italian coffee. We are dog friendly. We serve breakfast all day everyday. A selection of cakes and tray bakes.
Visited today, arrived at 2pm and no food served until 2.45pm. No one came near us when we sat at a table despite there only being a few tables occupied and 3 waitresses. Ended up fetching menus ourselves, finally orders were taken, quite a wait before drinks arrived and even longer for food. Dead flowers in dirty water decorated the table. We moved these to another empty table as they were putting us off our food. The waitress picked them up when she cleaned the table and put them back. Pity the service was so bad as the food was quite nice when we it finally arrived. We weren't the only ones who were left feeling dissatisfied, the gentleman at the table next to us gave up waiting to be served and approached the waitress to place his order. He had to ask again when his coffee never came. Service put us off returning.

After a hot day in Troon, we wanted to go to a chippy to get some fish and chips to take away. We chose here and we werenât disappointed! The food was freshly cooked, the staff were extremely friendly, and it was delicious! Generous portions as well - excellent value for money. Iâd recommend getting it to take away and go down the beach to have your bite - would eat here again.
