Friendly helpful staff, good food, pleasant surroundings.
Burntisland is devoid of anywhere for evening meals....pizza or ice cream as an evening option not the best.. And that's it for the High Street. Went to this venue and as ravenous was lured by the authentic curry claim.. So ordered the chicken curry... Which arrived in under 5 mins.. So obviously a micro wave job.. On arrival, no steaming dish and the balti type container was cold to the touch, and sure enough the meat was tepid and drowned in an almost inedible salty muck! To be fair the waitress asked how bit was and after owning up I was given a 50% discount on the food order.. But you only get one chance to make a good first impression, and this was awful... Won't be back. Sorry you didn't enjoy your meal. At the point the waitress checked back you made her aware that the curry was not hot enough. We apologised for this and offered to get a fresh curry made. We discounted your meal 50% as we took your word that it was not hot enough for your liking however as you ate every last drop and did not mention it was vile we didn't go any further. Rest assured we do not microwave our curry and like all our dishes it is made in house from scratch. Once again sorry you never enjoyed our curry, it is one of our most popular dishes although we fully appreciate that taste is entirely subjective..

Fife College Bistro offers light lunches and a la carte dining, all cooked and served by our fantastic students under the watchful eye of our award winning Chefs. The Bistro is open October to May for dinner on Wednesdays at our St Brycedale Campus, Kirkc
A group of work mates have visited the college bistro the last couple of Friday's at lunch time. We have thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I had tasted.Everything is cooked to high standard and served by friendly students. The starters and deserts are £1.50 and main course is £3.50. A delicious, quality meal for under £10. Get online and get booking, you won't be disappointed. Will def return and highly recommend to others
Where to eat Bar food in Kinghorn: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Visited here for evening buffer with friends. They guy running the show was brilliant and couldn't have provided a better service - couldn't do enough for the group. Although luckily it wasn't busy as he was alone running the bar and restaurant floor. The food on offer is good for the price you pay, and definitely did not have any issue finding something too eat. Some basic food for children also on offer (Chicken nuggets, hotdogs etc) Would return again and defiantly recommend to others looking for a cheap meal out.
