I ate at this part of the Dunkeld Royal Hotel on more than one occasion and each time the food and service were very good. We ate outside as we had dogs with us and they made sure that they had water. I had the fish and chips which was hot and the fish meaty and succulent, the opposite of the fish bar across the road. They have a very good selection to choose from. I would recommend eating here.

I attended the SCDA One Act Festival here over three nights. The venue is excellent and the range of arts and crafts is worth seeing. The venue is spacious and clean with very polite and helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

We opted for the riverside tables but waited more than 49 minutes for our food. I finally walked up to the hotel to ask about the delay but didnât receive a satisfactory answer. The food was pretty good and they did refund us some of our money but never explained what actually happened.

Public house and venue situated on the banks of the river Tay, in Highland Perthshire. The Taybank changed hands in Summer 2014 and is currently undergoing some much needed, and significant renovation work. During the renovation, the bar has been open, th
We went to eat on a Sunday evening and were the only ones in the bar. The menu is a bit limited but would probably have something for all. We chose a plate of meats and cheeses with a bottle of wine. Despite being the only ones in the bar, we had a great meal.

What a hidden gem. Best fish and chips ever. We ate in the restaurant which has a slightly different menu than the takeaway counter next door and we were pleasantly surprised in the high quality and taste of the food. Prices were a little high, but once we ate the fish and chips we knew why! Recommended!

After searching TripAdvisor for somewhere to eat The Perth Arms came highly recommended with good reviews, so we thought we'd visit for Dinner.Didn't think about booking a table, just turned up.Walked in to an old-style bar and met with friendly faces from both sides of the bar, including Taz the dog.[Presumably] the Landlady welcomed us and informed us there wasn't a table available but shouldn't be too long. Because of the reviews, we thought we'd wait so had a drink. Table became available and was quickly cleared and menus presented. The menu itself was cluttered and a bit difficult to read but the choices were good.Kids' menu had plenty to choose from too. There was a bit of a wait for the food, we were asked if the kid's meal should arrive at the same time or a bit earlier (never been given a choice before), which we thought was a nice touch to the service.Meals arrived and the wait was worth it!Everything was cooked to order and homemade (even the kids meal). As the Kids' menu included dessert we pushed ourselves to find room and have something too. Desert menu gave a small selection of homemade dishes but good sized portions. The food was great and portion sizes were excellent, all with friendly services.

The Scottish Deli consists of two high class delicatessens - one in Pitlochry and the other in Dunkeld along with a production kitchen and small holding. Our belief is that the Deli is out there⦠itâs the Mountains, the Moors, the Rivers, the Lochs, the F
Every time I come in here I am struck by the feeling of chaos. This place advertises itself as a deli, but manages to stop people browsing the deli shelves by putting tables and chairs in the way. And if youâve come in for a cup of tea or a bite to eat, you have to put up with people squeezing past you to get to the deli shelves. And if itâs busy, people queuing to buy produce to take away, get in the way of the people trying to browse the deli while squeezing past the bloke who is trying to eat his quiche! But Iâm sure itâs lovely when itâs quiet.
