Elena, from Santander in Spain and her team brings you the authentic informal dining of her home area. Choose from our extensive range of portiones (larger than typical UK "tapas") from £3.00 upwards to steaks and fantastic paellas. Washed down with caref
Eaten here twice now. First visit a bit underwhelming however second trip made up for it. Very nice seafood paella with decent depth of flavour in the rice/stock. Starters were nice, however, the croquetas felt like theyâd been bought in. Really charming service from Elena herself! Thanks for taking the time to post a review. Glad you enjoyed your paella; it is very popular. I wouldn't advise that you suggest to Elena that the croquetas are bought in! Perhaps we should post a video of them being made. Tarantinoâs Ristorante is run by our Head Chef Giovanni Giglio with the food and wine emphasising the heritage and traditions of Southern Italian regions of Sicily and Puglia. Tarantinoâs Italian Ristorante brings unique and authentic flavours of these re
Popped in on a Saturday evening without a reservation. This small and typically traditional Italian has closely spaced tables and Italian photos on the walls. Service was prompt and efficient. We had a couple of tasty pasta dishes followed by homemade desserts of cheesecake and tiramisu. With a couple of drinks the bill came to a very reasonable 40 pounds.

Our dinner here was one of the best over our 2 weeks in Scotland, and definitely the best pasta. The restaurant is well decorated and comfortable. The husband and wife team that run the restaurant are very friendly. We'd definitely recommend giving te Seba a try if you're in Glasgow!

My family visited Glasgow for one week. After a long international flight, we checked in to our nearby hotel and then started walking the neighborhood looking for a place to eat.We noticed Mora and thought it seemed like a good choice. We were wrong about it being a âgoodâ choice - it was actually an EXCELLENT choice! Despite wanting to sample many different restaurants during our visit, we wound up returning to Mora for a second meal. One night we wanted takeaway for a quiet night in our hotel, so we came back a third time but learned they do not offer takeaway ( carry out). Itâs in an old building but is beautiful decorated and maintained. It has a very clean and modern feel, superb service, very fair prices, and fantastic food. I particularly liked the pizza and the lobster ravioli was exceptional! If I ever return to Scotland I will eat here!

Love La Vita!! An unplanned dinner and we were not disappointed. We sat upstairs and were looked after by the fabulous staff. My favourite pasta Mia Casa was gorgeous as always. Great atmosphere and lots of laughs with the staff. Thoroughly recommend a visit

Cafe Andaluz in Cresswell Lane is our original restaurant, opened in 2003. It is a great place for couples, groups and families. Set in semi basement level, the décor of bright coloured tiles, dark wood and patterned ceramics creates a genuine Andalucian
My wife and I went an evening this week with a birthday voucher we had, first impressions very good, nice spanish themed place, not to busy at it was early evening, met at door by a female member of staff who forgot to say hi or smile? We ordered our drinks, glass of wine and a glass of water , we then ordered five tapas which were pretty tasty, waitress at table was really nice polite and attentive, food was good, also ordered two desserts which like the tapas were good, all going well until I visited the gents, it was like going into a different place, tiles were broken and filled at corner with expanding foam, broken toilet roll holder, not seen a paint brush for a while, place is a right mess, as soon as I came out toilet I saw the female member of staff who we met when we came in, no point in telling her as dour manner would have got worse and anyways the condition of the gents has not just happened so they must know what it is like.Would have given a higher rating but the gents toilet lets it down .

Don Costanzo is an Italian Restaurant located in the basement of 13 Woodside Crescent, Glasgow G3. Formerly the location of Nick Nairn's restaurant, it has been transformed into a warm, homely welcoming restaurant where you can enjoy the best of authentic
Good value quality food nicely served. Fresh bread on the table and reasonably priced house wine. Its located in a basement, not the most stylish of places but then its not intended to be. Service is good, the front of house Lady works impressively hard. I hope the establshment is doing well. I'd certainly go again.

Our West End establishment opened in 2017, brining La Lanterna's Italian food to Glasgow's West End. We have great passion for what we do, and take pride in our classic food & first-class service.
Have eaten in the city centre branch many times so expected this one to be good as well .......far exceeded our expectations. Just loved the decor ------nice touch showing off those "old tiles" to total advantage . Modern ,classic and tasteful. Food was fabulous-we had the pre theatre menu on an early Friday evening . Service was great.Excellent value . This was our first visit to the West End branch ......why did we leave it so long ? Will definitely be back .Grazie mille for coming west-side - we're delighted it could match up to Hope Street. Now you'll have the difficult decision of which one to choose in the future!Thank you for such kind comments on our decor, we're really pleased with the results after all the hard word renovating before we opened, so it really means a lot when our guests love the surroundings. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and couldn't be happier that you found the food and service to be of such a high standard. Looking forward to seeing you next time - whether West End or City Centre!La Lanterna

Weâre normally âtwo coursesâ maximum diners but at Beaumartin we enjoyed rather more. Sensible, excellently prepared portions let you enjoy a proper meal and a âtable for the eveningâ policy allows you to linger longer - dining at this venue is a social event, rather than a time-managed, profit-production line at too many multiple-location âupmarketâ venues.Delicious amuses bouches were followed by a delicious, refreshing, chilled gazpacho with a hint of chilli and a pork terrine with fig compôte. For mains we both wisely chose the fillet of grey mullet, perfectly cooked. Then, unusually, as we were not time-pressed, and previous portion sizes had been perfectly pitched we went for the mini desserts (one with coffee, the other with a glass of cremant de bourgogne). After the meal we were more than pleased to chat with chef Andrew - originally from Arbroath but trained & experienced in France - on his tour of the tables: it was a pleasure to meet him and provide feedback. We wish Andrew and parisien Richard continuing success in their Beaumartin venture.
