Paisley's Oldest Indian Restaurant (Est. since 1988) 2018 Scottish Curry Award Winners of "The Best Dining Experience of the Year in the whole of Scotland" & "The Best Dining Experience of the South West of Scotland"
Paisley has two excellent Indian restaurants now - Indian Scene and Obsession Of India. Both top class. Multan is an old favourite and does fantastic starters, however, the curries are pretty average compared to the relative newcomers.Still a good option after a night out.

Mrs and I had noted this restaurant a âlilâ while back. Lets give it a bash I said and she being a indian food nut felt the compulsion...We were met by someone from the Ashoka Shak in Linwood from a time when that was our fave indian eatery. Her welcome was awesome, like an old friend. Freshly cooked indian delights, no reheats here, no stale pops. The deal with the Shak and here is a lunchtime thali tray filled with dips n poppadoms, spiced onions, a starter, a main, rice, all that youâd need or want at lunch. You add a naan for a buck or so extra. Wow! Whats not to like...The veg pakora is dynamite, I tried the haggis, very filling and equally delish. Mrs went for the south indian number, very spicy if that is your bag and a buck extra for tikka chicken. Me, I cant resist the saag. Yummy, yum yum. Tons of the veg and not too spicy, but spicy enough for my palate. A joy. Everything was spot on and just try and keep mrs from going again And Soon!

Open Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun (Closed Tue). Serving authentic North Indian cuisine using the highest quality ingredients in comfortable surroundings. Back under original management.
We visited for an evening meal with friends, being a Monday night the restaurant was quite quiet. The staff were friendly and most attentive. The food was excellent, one of the best we have ever had. All food was freshly prepared and full of flavour. If I lived in Glasgow it would definitely be one of our preferred restaurants. The only downside is that it is on the first floor, and quite a lot of steps.Five stars for food and service, excellent value for money, large portions

I have been here a few times now but the standard is hard to beat especially at the cost.I was at a loose end so nipped in for the buffet lunch which I have had before.A hot popadom and sweet onions to start, a large plate of starters then a good choice of main courses with rice or chips. There is also a nice selection of desserts. All for £6 plus drinks.I will certainly be going back.

Had been a few years since weâd last eaten here so wanted to return due to the excellent TA reviews. The menu had changed and was much better. They do a table buffet at a good price but with limited simple curries so we decided to try curries off their extensive specials menu. Thereâs so many to choose from and many weâd not seen before. The kichori starters are lovely and the garlic nan is huge. We really enjoyed everything we ordered and left feeling very full and satisfied. Highly recommended!!!
