Went here for breakfast, which was okay, but some of the bacon looked like it was a bit off due to its colour, plus there was lots of fat on it too. The tables were also covered with trays, plates and food from Customers who had left, even though you are expected to take back your tray, there was no where to put your tray, and the service was very slow as our drinks were well finished before our food arrived
Nice coffee shop. We sell breakfasts, lunches, drinks, coffee. We do take away and sit in. Reservation of a table is possible. Everyone is welcome.
We eat here regularly every week after teaining on a saturday morning. The food is decent solid fare, exactly what you'd expect from a little local cafe. The staff try hard and its a nice central location.

I hate to buck a trend and most reviews here are glowing and that is fine but our visit was just a wee bit disappointing. We had early appointments close by and on a very cold morning decided a cuppa and a couple of breakfast rolls would be just the thing. We ordered at the counter and our order took a few minutes longer than I expected. Pricing here is great and the place was clean and comfortable it was not until we left my partners saidâthat was not very nice tea and my roll on sausage was over cooked â I was not surprised my coffee was less than piping hot and my over cooked sausage was on a decidedly cold roll as if it had been in a cool box or chiller. So although not a disaster it could have been better. Itâs the little details that make cafes great as opposed to o.k.
Had some fantastic home baking in Divas , staff very friendly and welcoming , home made soup smelt amazing as well . Prices very good as well . Well worth nipping it to sample will definitely be back , going for the homemade tablet cheesecake next time

Have visited this delightful cafe I can highly recommend this cafe. With friendly and helpful staff, customers are made to feel at home. With a recent redecoration and refurnished with new customer toilet, this cafe has been a fixture in of Bathgate for years and remains in my option the best.

Always a good little spot for a decent coffee & cake during the day, once a month they do themed Italian regional food evenings, latest one being Calabria. 5 dishes for £15 - BYOB and no corkage. Hard to beat really. We loved the polpette di ricotta & the bergamot ice cream in particular. Pasta dishes good too - Farfalle with Nduja sausage very good. Friendly, helpful owners. Thanks John

We serve breakfast all day, lunches, takeaways and afternoon tea which we serve from 7am until 4pm.
Popped in for a spot of lunch on the basis of all the great reviews on here. Sorry, but I'm afraid I can't agree. Everything about my visit was ho hum ! Make no mistake, I wasn't by any means expecting fine dining, I know it's a cafe and not a cordon bleu restaurant but what I had was totally underwhelming. The curry and chips was basically diced chicken mixed into a pretty bland curry sauce ... the chips were fine but you can't really go too far wrong with pre-prepared chips, can you ? Maybe I should just have had a sandwich or a roll, they looked OK. On the upside it was pretty cheap - £7 for two courses. Also for the record, the place could definitely use a lick of paint too and the seats were really uncomfortable.Iâm sorry you didnât enjoy your visit, I would like to ensure we do everything to try and please all our customers.the dining room, takeaway area and chairs have been refurbished and was in the process of being completed at the time of your visit, I hope you would come along and give us another try.
