We visited Legends on Saturday night for our first attempt at the pre theatre menu. We had heard from friends that it was unbelievable value for money. Our starters were lovely and we paid a small supplement for the steak for our main course. It too could not be faulted and was cooked to perfection. Although we werent able for a sweet there was plenty of choice for those with a large appetite! In our opinion to get such quality food and on a Saturday night was well worth the visit. We shall be back very very soon thats for sure.

Ate here recently with the family at our grandchildrens request. The restaurant is lovely and clean and the staff are excellent . We were not rushed for our order and once given our server brought over bowls and plates to help ourselves at the bread and salad bar.( a big hit with the kids). We were all on soft drinks which are refillable again the kids love this. I ordered churassco chicken skewers on the recommendation of my daughter and they are delicious. Hubby had the peri peri chicken and our daughter opted for the vegetarian pasta. Our grandchildren can't see past the butter milk chicken on the kids menu. If you have never eaten here or haven't been in a long while, we can thoroughly recommend it.Thank you for such an amazing review. We aim to give excellent guest service and it is great to hear you enjoyed your food and your visit to our Harvester so much. I will make sure to pass your comments to the team and we hope to see you back soon. Best wishes from Harvester East Kilbride

My husband and I had a voucher for this place and we booked a table for 6pm. We had a couple of drinks in the bar area where they just put them against our voucher which was good. We then went to the restaurant for our meal. It went downhill from there at a rapid rate of knots!!!! We were put in the conservatory area which is lovely but we were the only only ones there, it was very lonely, we could just have sat at our dining table in the house. We both ordered fillet steaks, cooked medium, well we did have a £100 voucher to spend. My steak was ok but my husbands looked more like a sirloin and was cooked well done. We told them it wasnât what we ordered and they said we would get a free dessert or coffee on the house as a way of apology. The fillet was £28 so I donât think a coffee OR dessert is a good compensation!!!! The team leader then came and spoke to us and told us they would take the price of one fillet steak off the bill. This was meant to be a nice night out for my husband and I (child free) and it wasnât. We left with £40 left on our voucher, we were planning on spending the whole lot, not anymore. Like I said very disappointing Hello C-A-JD2016,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Feedback is always greatly important in order for us to continuously improve our guest's journey. Our team strive to provide the very best service to our guests at all times therefore please accept my apologies that you did not find this to be the case.I was disappointed to read that the steak was not to our usual standards, your comments were passed on to our head chef on the evening of your visit to avoid future occurrence. I am pleased that a member of our manager was able to rectify your bill accordingly.I hope your experience on this occasion does not deter you from returning to visit us again in the near future.Kind Regards,The Torrance Hotel

7 of us who meet regularly for lunch, this restaurant was suggested as a good Location. It turned out to be great. Friendly welcome as we all arrived, drinks order taken and menus delivered and the specials explained. The place is nicely set out, simple with a quiet family atmosphere. After ordering our food, the starters followed quickly, the Smoked Haddock Risotto with a poached egg on top was fabulous. My main of a Cod Steak on a bed of Chorizo and Kale Mash was excellent. We all enjoyed our selections and finished off with coffees. Two courses, coffees and soft drinks reasonable at £20.00.This place is a hidden gem, a bit out of the was but well worth a visit. We will be back.
