We love this place. It's as good a curry as you'll get in Glasgow or Edinburgh, never mind West Lothian. Friendly owners. The Lamb Jalandhari, a variation of Punjabi Masala, is the best I've ever tasted. We also love the Desi Lamb, Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Chettinad & the superb Tarka Daal. Even the complimentary smoky spiced onions & dips are a cut above the norm.

It was only recently that I realised that different friends in Livingston were actually using the same Chinese restaurant for a Take Away.The crispy aromatic duck is truly excellent but the different fried rice meals on their extensive, reasonably priced menu were tasty too.The deliveries were always prompt and,more importantly,accurate!

The night we visited the restaurant was very quiet though the carry out side was busy . The service was very good and the food arrived promptly. The food was of a very good standard and we both enjoyed our meal .well worth a visit.!

Only found Jamuna by accident whilst Googling. Glad we did.Just a stones throw from Livingston, well worth venturing to.We recieved a warm welcome from friendly staff who, provided excellent service throughout our visit.We all enjoyed our food selections, no complaints whatsoever. My lamb Rogan Josh was delicious!Whilst there, we found that they do home delivery and also have a well priced before 6pm menu.Happy to recommend Jamuna and, now we know they are there, we will certainly be back.

This is always a very popular restaurant and it's easy to see why. Unlike some other Indian restaurants the menu is straight forward which helps those less familiar with different dishes understand what they are going to get. The servings are the right size meaning you're not struggling to finish, or leaving with an over full stomach.If there was one word to describe the food here I'd say it is saucy. I tried some of each dish that was ordered and it was the same for all of them; rich in flavour and smooth thick, creamy sauces ripe for being soaked up with a lovely bit of naan bread.The only down side I'd level at the restaurant is that perhaps due to its high ceiling, popularity with groups and the small open mezzanine upper floor it can get quite noisy at times meaning conversation across the table can be strained. Something I've experienced on more than one occasion. Otherwise, it is definitely a restaurant for repeat visits.

We came here a while ago when it was in eliburn. Staff very nice and the decor was lovely but out of 12 of us 3 of us were ill afterwards, I wouldn't visit again, not a big fan of Indian food .the rest of the family enjoyed it though

Popped in on a recent shopping trip for a light lunch. We shared a selection of starters with a beer.The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Piping hot, great taste and well presented - whatâs not to like about this brand. Went here with my son. It was terrible. Avoid at all costs. After our visit here we were ill all night. We went cause my son wanted the unlimited ice cream but he didn't have any cause he didn't feel well after the food he had eaten. The restaurant is run down unfortunately. But the food is amazing the best indian in west lothian. If the restaurant was spruced up to match the quality of food and the staff. I would definitely eat in the restaurant all the time instead of delivery
