I've been there twice now and had a very nice evening both times. The atmosphere remembers of a small restaurant in Spain, even one of the waiters was a Spanish guy. For me the tapas are very delicious and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes it might be hard to get a free table, but I have been lucky until now. My only criticism is, that it doesn't seem to be very clean in there. That's the reason for giving only 4 of 5 Points.

The owner of the B&B we stayed in (Gastehaus Lavendel) recommended this place to us. On New Year's Eve we were very lucky because the restaurant had a cancellation on one of its reservations. They were nice enough to call us back with this information, and we obtained a prime reservation. We arrived at 8 and were seated by a window overlooking the yacht harbor. The view was lovely. They had a fixed menu, and all of the choices looked nice. We started with wonderful shrimp served in spicy oil with vegetables. They were perfect. My husband had a steak served with crispy chicken pieces as his main, paired with truffle mashed potatoes. The steak was ok, but the chicken and potatoes were fabulous. I ate at least half of them.I had a Zander filet (white fish) served with vegetables, spinach, and new potatoes. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The only problem was that perhaps the kitchen forgot about our order and all of the other tables around us were finished by the time our food arrived (after we asked where it was). But honestly this was no problem, as we were planning on staying in the restaurant until at least midnight. For dessert, my husband had Anna cotta and I had tiramisu. They were both very good, although the tiramisu tasted more like pudding than tiramisu. Throughout the evening, we also favored some lovely wines, which we thought were reasonably priced. After dinner, we went outside to the second floor patio to watch fireworks at midnight. You could see people along the entire horizon shooting fireworks. It was really breathtaking to watch, because you could see 25 parties all going on at the same time. Perfect way to ring in the new year. Would highly recommend this place for a nice occasion.
