Inside you will find modern furniture, TV SAT, heating/air co, bathrooms with shower. In the structure: restaurant with tipical dishes and Pizza, bar, swimming pool, 2 tennis courts with night lighting, 2 basket grounds, 2 football pitches, beach-volley, a five-a-side pitch, a playground for children, ping pong. ANIMALS: allowed small pets. We provide a special area for dogs.

So this is the best option if you need to stay near the marina. The resort units are very spacious with terraces/balconies. Rooms are very spacious, linens are of the best quality. Everything inside the rooms is very modern and top quality. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook in if you want. Theres a big supermarket 5-10 mins away by car in the town of Follonica. The front desk personnel is very courteous and helpful. Simona has been amazing during our stay answering a lot of questions since this was our first time here. There are restaurants in the resort building where you can have breakfast and lunch. Because of covid all the restaurants are closed in the evening so you have to coordinate with them in advance. You also have the option to cook in your room as the kitchen is very well equipped. We will definitely be back!!!

Reviewed By TualieWe were just driving in the area, we couldn’t get a table without reservations in 3 restaurants of the area and came across to this one, a farm with “restaurant” services… Their formula is fixed menu 28,00 for adults and 18,00 for children, eat whatever kitchen prepares… We had lots of bread snacks with all kinds of pâté and marmalade toppings; pickles; meat and cheese cuts; long and filled pasta; crispy fried vegetables; stewed meats and pieces of sweet tarts. Water and wine included. Whatever wanted and needed to satisfy hunger, is all about quantity. Good place for family stays; they have also rooms and good positioned to explore this area.

Reviewed By skigal79The Ranch is absolutely charming. It’s not super fancy but if offers a friendly, comfortably, welcoming place to land. We visited in August when it was scorching hot. The room we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning which was problematic the first night but it cooled down the second two nights. The room was by far the most beautiful of all the places we stayed in Italy. It’s a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! It cooled us down and was refreshing. It also overlooks an olive plantation, which was awe inspiring. On the other side of the pool, you get a view of Scarlino on top of a mountain. The property is very pretty — even the driveway was gorgeous! They also have animals: an adorable dog named Sophia and tons of cats. Breakfast is good. Lots of pastries and they take your coffee order. We still regularly joke that one day, we will buy and retire at the Ranch.

Reviewed By StefaniaV274The location is not taking care on terms of maintenance and cleaning. The pool is filthy the kids area not only was dirty but a nest of bees was in the little lids house. They had only 2 rooms available 1 for 115 and another for 95 over the phone o chose the less expensive but when I got there she had put us in the "bigger" one for the same price. I thought was nice until we got there to find out the the pictures of the room online misrepresent reality.our nightmare, no air condition, almost no window to open, an old vent very very noisy in such a small room you could barely open the door, literally to use the bathroom you had to be skinny. The worst breakfast, not sure what licences she has to make homemade staff however please stay away also from the packaged food because they serve expired staff. I wanted to give the baby some cookies as I am looking to open a brand new package I get a quite rude warning from the owner "that's stuff just for celiac people" and I am like "sorry...btw that is expired from months you may not want to serve this to anyone". So we left complaining and no apology from the owner. A beautiful area with good potentials but a place totally mismanaged. What a shame.

Located only 500 m far from the sandy beaches in the Maremma area our brand new ABA VILLAGE offers to its guests 27 holiday apartments all equipped with air conditioning,private kitchen, private bathroom, outdoor equipped areas. It is possible to spend a whole day on the beautiful beaches of Follonica or visit enchanting cities well known all over the world like SIENA,SAN GIMIGNANO,PISA,FLORENCE.We have a wide range of apartments from the studio for 2 people to the apartment with loft for 7 guests. At the property our Guests will also find a nice garden with swimming-pool where you can relax after visiting the Maremma area or after a total day spent on the sandy beaches.
Nice place to vacate for the extended family
Reviewed By notlobtorbokWe found Aba Village through the truly exellent booking firm SiToscana and expected good quality as always. And we were not disappointed. Four families (18 persons) had a very nice stay in the apartments in Puntone. The apartments were spacious and seemingly quite new. And importantly enough - the air condition were truly excellent - both in the two bedrooms and in the kitchen/sitting room. We would've liked an additional couch in the sitting room area as we were five, but that's not a big deal. Some of the apartments had a view of the Tuscany countryside, but sadly not ours. We got one set of bath towels and we had to wash them ourselves. Luckily there was a washing machine on the premises which we could use for a small fee. The areas outside were clean, with a very well kept garden and pool area. Free parking and helpful people running the place - although only a couple of them spoke decent English. A bit difficult when you want to discuss particular issues - amongst others some problems with tiny ants in the apartment, which the personel to be fair were very hands on to get to grips with, and the payment at the end of our stay. On the day of our departure, the internet were down and we couldn't get to pay the normal way. But we got there in the end, and the personell were very regretful that the net were down and causing trouble. At the reception you could buy ice cream and in the neighbouring establishment a few feet away, there is a restaurant. Aba Village is situated only a few houndred meters from the little town Puntone, were you can find a couple of restaurants and a shop. A few houndred meters further away there's the port of Scarlino, With a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. And only a few kilometers, the city of Follonica can offer more of the same - including a very impressing beach and a nice city centre. All in all a very good place to vacate for both families and couples. Although its a few apartments in Aba Village, the place never felt crowded. And it was nice and quiet all the way. And the area around is perfect for day trips by car.
