Disappointing and frustrating

On reaching the hotel we were informed that vaccination cards (or proof of) was required plus our toddler is to undergo a PCR Test. This information was not relayed to us prior to booking, not via email confirmations or phone calls, which were both engaged. If we were privy to this information we would not have booked simply to avoid subjecting our toddler to a PCR Test for a hotel stay. The manager at the time, Marita Huggins, took no responsibility for their lack of information prior to this. On requesting our full refund, we were told that the payment could not be found on their system. After making calls to the bank to confirm, the receptionist notified that they found our payment. No assistance was offered otherwise. Booking a new hotel at the last minute proved to be a challenge.

Reviewed By ashelle lI was able to make a very last minute booking. The host was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the surroundings were quite peaceful. The pool was one with salt water, which I must say was very cool and refreshing. I enjoyed my short stay and would definitely recommend.

Reviewed By AyundeRoom # 11 is large and has everything you'll need to be comfortable. The design is modern/ chic yet cozy and a blessing to the eyes. The ocean view is beautiful both on a rainy and sunny day. The area is very quiet but you can hear the sound of the waves from your room. The pool and area is kept clean at all times. Staff members are very warm and accomodating. I can definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By D SNicely decorated. Clean and quiet. Lovely Scenery, lush greenery. Our host was most helpful in every way. This gentleman even took us to a restaurant when our vehicle broke down and offered to pick us up again much later! You need a vehicle in this location however if you want to use Public transport, it is but a short walk to a bus.

A beautiful beachfront, 3 storey villa with 7 bedrooms all en-suite; sleeping 14 persons max. Air conditioning, maid service 6 days per week, swimming pool, beach access. Cooking by maids and personal washing up/ laundry all extra. Wi-fi available . Also available-smaller 4 bed, all ensuite villa adjacent sleeping 8 max.

Plenty of room maid service & a very helpful estate manager who told us of all the best places to eat & sites to see. Didn't want to come home & will definitely go back

Lovely accommodation in Tobago
