Brand new restaurant!
Was on an 11 hr trip to Scappoose to deliver rescue dogs and puppies. We have a quick dinner, sleep and drive the 11 hours back early the next morning. Fultano's is now my favorite place to eat on those rescue trips. Thankfully, it is casual dining as we are covered in dog hair by then. They offer a decent salad bar with an individual pizza for a very reasonable price. The pizza is too much to eat for one person, even though it has the absolute best crispy thin tasty crust! I ate the rest for lunch on the drive home. And I've never seen so many varieties of toppings to select from. And the young servers are all really friendly and helpful.

Dutch Bros has been very kind to the community in the area of benefits - raising funds for charitable purposes. It is very popular all around and often has a lineup. Not a bad idea to make sure the (even tho' they are busy) that they give you exactly what you ordered and not the - simplified version.

Seriously the best bagels around. The staff is lovely and the friendly environment is always so welcoming. I bring my two year old here on a regular basis for breakfast.

Four for mid week lunch. We all liked our dishes, service and the reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. Strip mall location with good parking. My lunch entree of shredded beef enchilada was one of the best I have ever experienced.

Beautifully Situated on the waters of the Multnomah Channel South of Scappoose, Oregon - Mark's is a worthy destination for those seeking a restaurant which features a menu using local ingredients; scratch preparation means; and a whole-foods approach to menu creation. With views of the surrounding mountains, bobbing boats and ample wildlife Mark's creates a memorable dining experience. Mark's menus, service and amenities will please. Arrive...Relax...Enjoy!
Four of us for lunch.Very nice setting on the water.
Cannot evaluate the food because we all agreed to leave when we saw the exorbitant
lunch prices for such a casual cafe.I realize there may be a premium for a nice view
but all menu selection prices seemed simply too high so we chose to go elsewhere.
Very few customers were present which is not a good sign.

Yes, if you imbibe - this place does have the beverages! BUT they also serve up some mighty fine food - & the prices aren't crazy high.
The locals choose Longfellows to Reunite when they come home to Scappoose (pronounced like Pappoose)
My goodness, I have pictures of the serpentine of high-shoolers trailing around in front of Longfellows from 1969 - what good times those were.
This restaurant sits right on Hwy 30 so you can't miss it!

Choices of Asian food from several areas. Not a typical huge menu, but several meal options from different regions. Everything is freshly prepared and you can choose the level of spiciness. The service is quick. I have always enjoyed my meals. It is locally owned and many of the employees are being trained for job skills!
The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of room for family dining. Most meals are about $10 to $15. I always have leftovers. A popular restaurant in the area.

Yes, it is old school. Lots of food for a good price. Waitresses are very busy and not particularly chatty, but service is good and the food was tasty. Went for lunch on a busy Saturday. Breakfast dishes looked gigantic and people seemed very happy. One of our party had Rueben Sandwich and was very good. I had the Wonder burger, big enough for two. Would not have it again, but would have regular Ichabod's burger. Side dishes were very large. I give this restaurant a five for what it is. Good food, good value and somewhere I will go to again. When you are in Scappoose, this is a good bet.

Welcome to Bamford Bakeshop. We are a full service retail bakery and bistro specializing in Wedding Cakes, Cakes, & European Style Pastries.
Heading from Portland to the N Oregon Coast & want to pick up lunch or Saturday breakfast treats? I popped in. Maybe this will be helpful:
1) Cheerful greeting upon entering which is always a good sign
2) Pastries/danish with fresh fruit are your best bet
3) Cupcakes are ordinary and topped with thick frosting that’s gritty with unincorporated sugar (mixing fail)
4) Cinnamon rolls are large and drenched in achingly sweet oooey goooey frosting — they smell good but they’re definitely not worth the calories or tooth enamel
5) A peanut butter cookie was heavy, about 3/4” thick with a very hard, dry exterior and a little unbaked ribbon at the center (inedible)
6) A sourdough Turkey sandwich was a waste of money and tummy wellness: The thick hand-sliced bread was bland and NOT sourdough (and stale); Turkey was shaved and mushy-texture; “slaw” wasn’t a crunchy counterpoint, it was a finely chopped relish; cheese was a commercial slice. Not recommended.
Breads aren’t artisan triumphs & frosted items need finesse. Patronize this small town business for what the baker is getting right: muffins and danish. The bakeshop is newish so there are bound to be improvements — other reviewers will have the pleasure of reporting.

The pizza here is fantastic! The crust is absolutely perfect. The service is a little slow but what do you expect? It's Scappoose. But more people need to come and eat here because I fear this place will be going out of business soon with the new competition across town :( Support your locally owned pizza place and eat at Pizza Vendor!
