Excelente location and customer attention
Reviewed By Blagovest PI arrived two weeks ago at the hotel and since the beginning the attention and the care from the hotel staff was perfect. They are really professional and dedicated people! The hotel offers all the services, has excellent food and is located close to a paradisiac beach. Definitely I recommend this hotel who wants to have a nice vacation and I hope that I will be back soon!

Reviewed By Il PToday is our last day in this village. We spent a fantastic and sunny week in Torre del Faro. All the specifications during our booking were confirmed on place and my review can only be positive. The village is extended in a wide and savage area just 300 mt from the beach. Great olympic pool and smaller one for Kids. Quality of food is enough good for the thousands of people and though the serving at buffet is little caotic you never have to wait more than 2 minutes to get your main dish. All the rest is self- service until you can eat. Organisation is fine. Perhaps not the right place for relaxing as crowds are rather noisy at sea. Rooms are clean , rather spacy and silent . I would suggest as I said for families with small kids..not for who wants a quiet holiday.

Reviewed By FanSmitWe are currently staying at Danaide it is really nice. Other (non Italian) reviewers are not necessarily wrong, but colored by expectation. If you are looking for quietness and tranquility, don’t come. It is ‘resort style’ so with kids, music and entertainment. It is Italian, so don’t expect an English breakfast. And true, most won’t speak much English, however they will try their best to help you. It is in the middle of nowhere (but you could have seen that on the map), but the tiny market has fair prices and you can always rent a car. The apartments are spacious, modern, clean and quiet (keeps the music out). The buffet has (due to covid restriction) limited choice - 4 salads, 4 primi, 4 secondi and 3 desserts - , but good quality. Given previous reviews: now they have a proper espresso machine in the morning and wine included in the evening. The pool is nice and has enough beds. The beach is near, and nice. People are friendly, drinks are good, food is fine, everything is very clean; so I would definitely advice to go here, especially if you would like to ‘feel’ that you are abroad and don’t care to change your daily rhythm to the local one. Only improvements would be the WiFi that is fast, but only accessible near the reception and the lack of an outside dining location.

Be on guard with your final bill
Reviewed By AlderWalesStayed at this hotel in June. Had email prior to staying at the hotel confirming the room rate. Even though we produced the printed copy of the email they still tried to add 20 euros on to the room rate. We stood our ground and eventually they conceeded and we paid the rate agreed. The room was very hot as the air con was not working, there were plenty of Ants running around on the floor. Pool area is very good, plenty of tables and chirs etc.The retaurant was appauling. Very poor food. they seem to be penny pinching with the quality of the food, preparation was poor, lots of salt. Desert was the old cut up fruit from breakfast with a handful of sugar thrown on the top. I think they should just close it down if the cannot produce a decent meal. Would not recommend the hotel as there a lot better ones to be had.

Reviewed By 1975mariarosaStruttura eccellente, gestori gentilissimi e professionali. Ambiente pulitissimo, mare a pochi minuti, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Ci ritorneremo ad Agosto, per un soggiorno di almeno 10 giorni. Consigliatissimo per famiglie e bambini.

Reviewed By flbluechipAbbiamo prenotato due appartamenti a cavallo delle settimane centrali di agosto. Consiglio la location perché molto pulita, ben attrezzata e con mobilio nuovo e ben tenuto. Esattamente quello che mi aspettavo di trovare. Anche l’accoglienza da parte dei gestori è stata molto precisa. Il luogo giusto da cui partire per visitare la Basilicata e sconfinare in Puglia e Calabria.

Reviewed By Giancarlo GPosto molto familiare, tranquillo, pulitissimo, completo di tutto il necessario, a due passi da un mare stupendo, spiagge selvagge… il tutto contornato dalla cortesia di Giusy e la costante compagnia di piccoli e simpatici animali domestici. Certamente non è un posto per persone esigenti, abituate ad hotel a 5 stelle o resort con spa. Ottimo per famiglie normali che vogliono trascorrere un periodo tranquillo (come sentirsi a casa propria) e godersi un bellissimo mare. Un punto ideale dove poter soggiornare per scoprire la Basilicata.
