Best pizza in the Snydersville/Saylorsburg area. They have been here for at least 25 years and are family owned and operated. The quality has never dropped or changed. We've tried others but never more than once. We always return to Old Mill. It is a standard!!!!!

Mr. Pastie pies are based on the traditional Welsh miners meals of fresh dough, cooked meats, fresh potatoes, onions and spices baked in turnover style. My family and I can attest that after years of enjoyment, Mr. Pastie still retains the consistent high quality and freshness that we have come to expect.
Mr. Pastie turnover pies can be purchased in your supermarket's frozen section if you live elsewhere, however if you are so very fortunate, stop in and purchase them fresh baked! You will not be disappointed. In fact, I guarantee that once smitten, you will return for more. While there you can watch them make the turnovers.
If you are traveling through the area, the shop is conveniently situated in the borough's central area just one block from the only streetlight in Pen Argyl.
A bonus is that in 2012, the company was purchased by J&F Products based in York, Pennsylvania. The new owner is a worthwhile charity and since purchasing, has invested a loving effort to maintain and improve Mr. Pastie product quality!

Great bagels, but get here early or there won’t be too many to choose from.
Nice assortment of cream cheeses and sandwich selections.
They give you the bakers dozen (13)...I take them home slice and freeze what we don’t eat.
Try it I think you’ll like this place.

My bride and I went there for the first time last weekend. It was a mistake that we haven't gone sooner. The staff was very inviting and the the place has its own charm. From the appetizers to our entrees the portions were plentiful and tasty. We plan on going back soon. I would recommend if in the area to give it a try.

Nibor's is my go to place for coffee beverages of any kind. The baristas are friendly and quick, and know my favorite drink (an extra large 20 below extra chocolaty with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle) by heart and get it perfect every time. I have most of the girls I work with hooked as well. Now, on Friday's, we just can't live without our Nibor's coffee!

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. It was my mother's 83rd birthday. Phenomenal wine and desert. We had the chocolate wine cake. Holy cow it was delicious! Will satisfy most all Chocolate lovers. Baked ziti and raviolis were all great choices. Entrees come out hot!! The pizza was delicious. Brick oven goodness.

We decided to supplement out Thanksgiving holiday this year with Emmy Lou's Homemade Ice Cream and add Scratch Pies. Word of mouth was that Emmy Lou had begun to offer scratch pies for holidays and special occasions to their already wonderful homemade ice cream assortment. We were believers in her ice cream, as we are frequent visitors year-round 'clean', 'nicely decorated' establishment. The staff and Emmy Lou always warmly greet you and make you feel welcome. The assortment of ice creams have the usual basics available along with an always changing variety of 'specialty' ice creams.
Breakfast sandwiches are made to order in the A.M. also.
Plenty of booth and tables await you.
As previously mentioned, Emmy Lou recently decided to add scratch pies for 'take out' for holidays and special occasions. We ordered Apple and Pumpkin and they were just marvelous; deep dish, crust firm yet flaky, full of tasty ingredients to the point that every bite left lasting memories!

Oh what wonderful food. Let's start with the homemade rolls they use for their sandwiches, unbelievable! They are dense, very tasteful long rolls. We love the steak sandwiches on them along with the Italian hoagies. Wow amazing!
The pizza is exceptional, $15 for a pie but they are larger than the normal pie and delicious! The soups are amazing, homemade and they change daily!! The corn chowder is awesome!
The front room is more for quick service, the waitresses are not that attentive, so try to grab a table in the back. It's very warm and inviting. The table service is much better.
They have take out 6 packs of beer and a huge take out menu. I love getting take out from here, usually when you order fries they are like mush when you get them home, they put them in a brown paper bag, they stay warm and crispy!
Take my word for it, try a sandwich with their homemade bread!! Amazing. They have a full Italian menu, you can't go wrong with the pasta. YUM. Give it a go. Not fancy, very casual, just what I like!

I have been here many times for dinner and have tried quite a few items. The food is excellent! Everything from the award winning wings to even a delicious salmon dinner. The staff has always been pleasant and great even when it was a busy Friday night. Yes the drinks are expensive but this has helped keep a nice crowd.
