Reviewed By Andy CIt exceeded our exceptions in every way. From the complimentary upgrade on arrival, to the friendliness, professionalism and quality of service from the staff. Everything was of the highest order. Little touches like always remembering our names, and being informed about what we had done and what we had planned - everything felt very personalised. The excursions were excellent too. We did the private rafting and a cycle through the rice fields/ villages. Oh and the massage in the Spa was the best we've ever had, and we've had a LOT of massages. Well worth the splurge. We will be back.

HEARTWARMING AND INSPIRING STAY IN UBUD
Reviewed By veronikak412Recently I am interested in more sustainable stay for my holiday or business trip. When I found out about Mana, I was so excited to spend my 3 days in Ubud. I really enjoy the eco tour that Sara gave to my groups, so enlighting and inspiring, I think I could implement the solar panel system and the rain water catchment system to my future home. The place are quite and peacefull yet still in the heart of Ubud. Also the food is amazin, they have option for vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian. But not red meat coz it’s againts the sustainabilty vision of Mana to reduce their carbon emission. Hopefully there are more property like this. Will definately come back here.

Located in Ubud, just a about a 10-minute drive to Ubud Monkey Forest, Ubud Raya Hotel offers relaxing and tranquil accommodations with outdoor swimming pool and beautiful green garden. The hotel has an outdoor pool, restaurant, and offers services like massage, and bicycle rental facilities. Wi-Fi is available for free. Decorated with peaceful and natural calmness, the air-conditioned rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV, sofa and a safety deposit box. An electric kettle, desk and wardrobe are also provided. The private bathroom comes equipped with a shower, towels and free toiletries. The Restaurant opens for all day dining and serves Vegetarian menus as well as Indonesian and Western cuisine. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Ubud Place and a 45 minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai, International Airport, Bali, Denpasar.
It was a terrible stay...I will not come back!
Reviewed By jennyeo79While is Bali, we had to extend one more night in Ubud and we chose this hotel because there was a family room. However, when we checked in at about lunch time, we couldn't find any food. There was no food service available!! So we ordered mobile application food delivery service Grab to get something to eat. No waters, coffee, tea in the room. No in room phone line and wifi was very weak. The location was a little deserted and there were not many restaurants, kiosks around. It took about 15 min by car to the center of Ubud. The worst part was that there was a big group who had a pool party with a very LOUD music whole night. We couldn't rest and got very stressed because the room was right in front of the pool. When I talked to the desk that we would like some quietness and asked how to bring this concern to the person in charge, nobody seemed to be in charge of this hotel. The man simply said the staff went home!! He was the only on onsite that night and had no idea about our concern. The security guard at the gate. I felt then very unsafe. Obiviously this hotel is kind of a private resident without management and give one room away for a walk im guest. You cannot expect the solution from the management if you come across some problem. It was a terrible night and I don't quite recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel with great service

It was the best start for our holiday: what an absolutely beautiful place with service that made us feel like we were royalty! The hotel is massive but definitely didn’t feel overcrowded in February which is not peak season. The breakfast was great, I had a massage and a facial at the spa which I thoroughly enjoyed. They had several pools which meant that there were never lots of people by any one pool. The hotel is in the suburbs of Ubud and there’s not much to do outside the immediate hotel area. However, there is a shuttle bus to central Ubud from the hotel. I would recommend visiting the monkey sanctuary there, lovely place. Thanks again Mansion for making our stay feel so special.

Reviewed By Tarika-NishanthOur stay at this hotel was unpleasant. The wifi did not work in the room efficiently. The menu of food at their in house restaurant was abismal. The rooms were not very clean and were frequented with lizards that visited through gaps under the door. Also.. this hotel is not even centrally located in ubud and hence you are cut off from the main market area. The only convenience store is atleast 1 km away by walk and the dark roads in the night, don't help. The only saving grace of this hotel was their staff and the breakfast. Although with limited options for breakfast; the staff was very courteous & helpful. I would not visit this hotel again.

Cute little villa
Reviewed By YoanesalimI stayed here for 2 nights. The check-in process was pretty easy, and they’re ready to help you if you need anything. It’s a small villa, but it’s enough. The villa is clean, and the interior is nice. Would be back again if I’m staying at Ubud.
