Great stay, perfect location. Staff work really hard to serve guests. One of some examples was our check out was really early but they served us hot breakfast in the room before checking out. Woukd recommend this hotel to family and friends who plan to do umrah.

Hotel was average, cleanliness is horrible , the service staff is doing thier best with the amenities provided. there was grime all over the skin and shower Another major point to note is if your visiting madinah to visit the prophets mosque this is not the ideal location if you have women in your family, womens busses to haram are not convenient, either it doesn't show up on time or it's full or driver doesn't speak English. and you have time your visits to visit the mosque based on the busses schedule, be aware the pick up from the haram is in the underground area , where we have waited for 1:30min for the bus to arrive without any ventilation underground, and it is hot all year round in saudi. hotels in these areas are not convenient for women as there is no entrance for women, please think about the woman in your family.

The ease of access to the Haram is exceptionally noteworthy, and the ambiance all through the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurants, is fantastic. Access to multiple external restaurants is a click away on the elevator and having Bin Dawood in the same complex is always a boon. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous, the receptionist granted us a late checkout without a hassle, we’d taken 5 rooms and all of them were top-drawer; and the pictures to complement the same are attached herein. The breakfast spread was extensive and the cleaning staff and bell boys were always amicable and supportive. Wonderful place to stay at Alhumdulilah, will revisit Insha Allah Khair

I was very pleased with all employees at the reception and room service they were so helpful and very corporative for any thing needed. But I have some notes as follows : 1. In the M2 Cafeteria or restaurant we having dinner the waiters always miss something ( spoon, salt, fork and so on) and we informed the manager. But the food was delicious. 2. The sofa bed not so comfortable and the blankets old ( damaged).

Located centrally in Makkah magnificent Jabal Omar district and a short walk from Masjid al-Haram, Jabal Omar Double Tree by Hilton Makkah places guests within reach of the main attractions of the Holy City. The Hotel offers a wide variety of rooms overlooking Al Masjid Al Haram. Our Guests enjoy the finest amenities, including premium shopping in the hotel’s mall, all-day dining, and shuttle bus service for children and elders.
My initial first impressions of the hotel were very positive, as it had a warm welcome to it. Having arrived at 3pm, and knowing that I was an hour early, I hoped that a room would be ready, especially as I was travelling with my elderly parents who were very exhausted from the travel. I was kindly told that one room was available and the other would be ready after 4pm, so I agreed to stay in that room and wait for the other one. After heading to the room, I noticed that the lifts were very slow, and out of the possible 6 lifts, only one would function as the others remained idle, I do not understand why that was, but we waited for some time. As we got to the room, I noticed that the temperature was a little warm, so I checked the Ac control and adjusted the temperature. After waiting 30 minutes, the room was still warm, so I called the reception to ask someone to have a look. They replied that someone was on the way. After 45 minutes, no one had come, and we went out to perform umrah. After returning later that night, I still had an issue with the AC, so I called reception to send the engineer again, and this time he came within 15 minutes. It took almost 2 hours for the AC to be fixed, and at 11pm, I am sitting on my bed while the engineers worked on the AC. The next morning, we went down for breakfast, which initially I did not have booked, but I booked it shortly after checking in. But as we reached the front desk of the restaurant, we were told that our room was not eligible for breakfast, which was very inconvenient and somewhat embarrassing, especially as my parents were hungry and just wanted to enjoy their morning. After the staff contacted the reception, they confirmed that I did have breakfast included and apologized. The only positive from this experience were the staff, and this is why I scored a 2, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at reception.
