Reviewed By Todd RCheck-in was quick and easy, and the clerk was very polite. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housecleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, and it was good value overall. Standard breakfast fare: continental with the addition of a waffle maker. Perfect. ...I would stay here again.

Reviewed By shantellmd81My husband and I booked a room through their website for two nights in December. It was a web special for $87/night. I got an confirmation email of $193 total. When I checked in at 8pm I didn't think to look at the total amount since it was late and I was tired. They asked if I wanted to prepay and I said, sure. When we checked out two days later, I signed their invoice and noticed the total amount seemed high. When we got home I looked at the invoice it was $253 total and $114/night (web special). My husband ended up calling them and they were making excuses that this web special wasn't through their website and because I signed the invoice I wouldn't get my money back. So beware of when you book through their website and what you pay for when you check in. We've stayed here several times with no problems, but we won't be staying here anymore!

Customer service and security was very good. Restaurant was closed but they do offer delivery from another restaurant. I will highly recommend it

Terrible! Stay away from this hotel
Reviewed By jdatui950589Booked this hotel a week ago and when you’re about to check in, they made you wait and they’re still looking for a room for you. They told me it was assigned rooms already but they did not assigned anything for us. They keep searching so it took me a long time to wait for our rooms to be ready. Compared from other hotels we went in. The key card door doesn’t work and told us to call reception if we needed to go out and get in to your room. Checked room and it’s not inviting! Doors is dirty and floors are terrible. We cancelled the reservation in the end as we can’t handle the room ambiance

Reviewed By h kWas here in Feb and very cild night. Roim was warm, bed comfy, shower and bath hot water great. Check in friendly. Good coffee in room and lobby. Microwave and minifridge worked ok. Great place for breakfast 25 steps away.. Will stay here again.
