Our go to place for Vietnamese in Regina. Been here for many years. The spring rolls are great and we like the combo dishes over vermicelli or rice.Service is generally very fast if not that friendly. The place could use a bit of work but the food is the reason to go, lots of it, very good and not that expensive.

I enjoyed a great chicken noodle bowl. The food was great and served up very nicely. Service was quick and people very pleasant. I am definitely coming back to try a few more things. My daughter had the vegetable fresh rolls and she said they were also very delicious!

I ate supper at Tai Basil this evening while working out of town in Regina. I had the Tai Cashew Nut Chicken Meal. I had asked for a double order of chicken on the meal as I felt for the low price they charged, that there would not be enough food; I was wrong, as with the extra chicken and the steamed rice, the meal was very large. The price difference for the add on chicken was only $3.00. The meal was very tasty. It was very quiet when I was in there for supper; only two other couples that were all sitting together at one table - not sure why their website says to reserve a table. I'm staying at the Comfort Suites up the road; it is a short 15 to 20 minute walk away if you plan on having some alcohol with your meal.Would I recommend this place; absolutely!! I will be in Regina for the next 4 to 5 months for work - I will be back>

I was disappointed in my spicy beef pho soup when I tried this place. No lime, no basil leaves and broth that was not that tasty.

They have really stepped up there game recently. The Pho is a bit larger in portion size and with more ingredients. Alas a little more expensive but well worth the price for the extra food.I think this has slipped into first place as being my favourite place in the city to eat Vietnamese food.Thank you for your attention to detail and excellent food offerings.
