A lovely restaurant just off the high street in Sarlat. Can get very busy on Saturday lunch times (market day) Have always been impressed with the steaks, others in party have had pizzas and pasta dishes. Very friendly staff, good food, clean surroundings and very reasonable prices. Great to find something other than duck on a menu in Sarlat!

We were staying at the Ibis Hotel on a Monday night in the middle of March, conditions that don't bode well for finding an open restaurant, much less one that serves vegetarian food. We walked the entire distance of the downtown area and ended up getting a takeaway pizza from Cote Pizza. The woman who owns the restaurant was so nice and she made us a good vegetarian pizza that we took back to our room along with a beer and a soda. I hope others will patronized this hard-working couple.

I went to La Calabre on a night I needed a break from French food. It's a small place with just a few tables and lots of pizza choice. You can watch the pizzas being made. the owner is a very sweet guy. My pizza was fine, not one of the best pizzas I've ever had but the price was right and it was a quick and easy dinner.

We've eaten here many times and don't typically repeat restaurants when there's so many to choose from however Chez Tom is an exception. The pizza, calzone and burgers are all stunning, as is the friendly and attentive service we've received time and time again.

We had dinner here and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. The restaurant features a small open air courtyard in the back. The food was very good, the ambience relaxed, the prices reasonable, and the wait staff kind and attentive. They had free olives as a starter, and they were delicious. We ordered pizzas, salads, and lasagna. I tried everything and the lasagna was my favorite, but it wasnât mine, so I only had a little. We wish we could eat here again. Thank you.

Having been recommended by friends we were expecting something special. Sadly, although the topping was quite pleasant the base was thin and hard as nails. The size was certainly big enough for 2 but at nearly 13 Euros we thought it was not good value for money. We will try the Pirates again and hope for a better experience.Sorry you didn't enjoy our pizza, our bases are thin and crispy, we do not offer thicker soft bases as they would burn in the fire oven before they are cooked...please try us again...
