Crummy place
Reviewed By michael tHotel should have been renovated 40 years ago. Air conditioning broken so they gave us two fans. Dirty bathroom without soap. Terrible breakfast with cheap fruit drinks full of sugar. No reason to go to this odd little town, but if you, don't stay here.

Reviewed By Christopher LThe hotel is a bit dated and rooms I would rate as ok, nothing bad in terms of cleanliness or anything just stayed in much nicer. It is the best game in town for the area though and the views from on top of the hill in the morning are truly fantastic! Nice breakfast in a conservatory sort of area.

Reviewed By Chew WThe hotel is very new and everything feels right and perfect. Bathroom is huge and clean. The reception was very friendly and we felt we were at home. I didn't give 5 in my review because there is a problem with the room. I kicked my toes on to the door holder right on the floor and it really hurt. It should be removed away. However we surely will come back again in future.

Reviewed By 781guymWe usually stay in other hotels in São Bento, and had not heard about this place until we got good reviews from Trip Advisor and booking.com The settings are bucolic, nice rooms, a simple but varied breakfast with clean rooms (no fridge, though) and a total ban on alcoholic beverages. If you want a break from the big city and do not mind spartan rooms and service, this is a place to be. It is just a short hop to downtown São Bento (~ 5 miles).

Reviewed By 624leticiabFizemos reserva para o almoço baseado nas fotos que tinha visto na internet, fomos até lá, o portal é bonito e a frente muito bem cuidada. Mas pára por aí. Chegamos perto do meio dia e a comida ainda não estava servida, pediram pra dar uma volta pelo local e aguardar. Fomos andando por tráz do local que seria servido a comida. Achamos a trilha para a ponte de pedra (que alias é lindíssima, é o que faz valer a pena a ida até lá), não está sinalizada, achamos sem querer. Ficamos procurando os cavalos para o passeio, mas estavam presos. Numa conversa com o rapaz que estava assando a carne, ele disse que comprou recente o local e está investindo, mas está tudo muito mal cuidado, abandonado (as mesas e cadeiras são muito velhas, meu marido sentou numa quebrada), o banheiro de trás é todo de madeira e não tem pia pra lavar a mão.. Voltamos para o "rancho" que seria servido a comida, já era 12:45 e ainda não tinha sido servido. Tinham poucas opções de comida. Os funcionários estavam sem máscara e sem luvas, os clientes tbm estavam sem máscara. Ficamos preocupados e resolvemos ir embora sem comer e procurar outra opção. Uma pena porque o local tem muito potencial, tem uma frente bem cuidada, um ponto turístico muito bom que é a Ponte de pedra, mas comer lá realmente não dá.
