Even if you’ve never been to this Cyclades island in the Aegean Sea, you’d still recognize it immediately – candy-colored houses carved into cliffs, sapphire waters, gleaming white buildings topped with half-spheres the color of a stormy sky. Here you’ll find peace as you roam the black sand beaches or the streets of a provincial village like Imerovigli. Beautiful Oia is world famous for its sunsets, which seem tinted with every shade of an artist’s palette.

The location, facilities and generosity was fantastic. We had such a great time here, we were both so sad to be leaving, we had such a lovely time and this was helped by all the staff. We are eternally grateful for helping us to have such a memorable Honeymoon. We will mostly definitely be going back

A fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel is a 15 min walk to Akrotiri, at the top of a hill. The views were stunning from our room, looking across the Caldera, watching the sunset. The pool area was great, the staff very attentive. Breakfast in the mornings was substantial and set us up for the day. A great part of Santorini to visit and the best hotel to stay in. Mike the manager helped us with car hire and taxis. Great staff, great location. If you are staying in this area, stay in this hotel Well done

We had the most amazing 4 nights at this hotel and were so sad to leave! The staff were incredible from arrival, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Apologies I can’t remember everyone’s names but Poppy, Zee and all the staff were just incredible. So friendly, accommodating and truly couldn’t so enough for you. Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy too. The bathroom was nice and modern, rainfall shower was lovely. Robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all toiletries being provided. Towels were big and fluffy and so were the pool towels. Our terrace area was huge and the jacuzzi was great to have there along with sun beds. Breakfast was included and made to order each day. You can choose what you like the night before and change it as you like. Everything from omelette to fruit, yoghurts, coffee, juices - all fabulous and cooked freshly for you. No other food was available for lunch as the hotel has just reopened but they had a great local takeaway that delivered lovely gyros to us for lunch (they take card and reception can help you place the order). Th bar offers a lot of drinks options and they served us by the pool most days (it was quiet so we just nipped down to reception when we needed anything and someone came up to us. The water was free, a large bottle in the room each day and by the pool too. We thought that was a nice touch as most places really rip you off for it. Other drinks as well were well priced like Pimms cocktails at 9€ (fira town start from about 14!) There is a free shuttle 3 times a day to get to fira which was really handy. You can get a taxi but it’s 10-15€ which is a bit mad for a 5 min drive. You could walk it but it’s not a great walk and may take 20-30 mins. Nowhere to walk to from the hotel really but that’s what we loved about it as it’s more remote which offers better privacy than the hotels in the towns. All staff worked so hard, they’re up early cleaning around the pool and making sure the walkways are swept too. The only notes for improvement we have is that more hooks would be useful to dry towels and a rack outside too. Also we booked a room for 3 which was shown as a double bed and double sofa bed but this was actually single sofa bed. Otherwise we really loved the place and would absolutely come back. For the service etc it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed in the world.

Theodosia at the front desk welcomed us, answered many questions and assisted with a car rental. The company delivered the car to the hotel and picked it up, the process was super easy. The hotel is charming, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast has many choices. The room is cute, has a fridge and coffee maker, comfy bed, shower products are made of olive oil, amazing! The pool was cold, unfortunately. I recommend this affordable property in Fira.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a junior suite over a 3 night period. The staff made the experience memorable for a lifetime! Upon arrival, you’re greeted by the receptionist and introduced to the team of bar staff. Illiana checked us in and ensured we knew to contact reception for any of our needs. She assisted us with highlighting the island hotspots, booking transport and the sunset cruise, which we loved! Vaggelis and the bar team were very welcoming and accommodating. They were happy to make us various of their signature cocktails, as well as a few twists on classics. The suite we had was very modern, with all the extras one could need for an enjoyable stay. Our room was made every morning, after a lovely breakfast spread at a time of our choice. The views were top tier, and the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all areas of the island within a 25-30 minute drive at most. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend, or any others considering staying in Santorini! Thank you to the staff for making the experience an unforgettable one.

Firstly, Imerovigli is a quieter part of Santorini that suited our family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 9. Nicholas picked us from the airport and brought us back to the hotel. Anna, his wife, checked us in and introduced us to getting a car for a day while we were there so that we go around. Super inviting family. Reminds me of proper family hospitality. Although it was 2 nights, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santorini. Will recommend families to stay here.

Oia Suites hotel is built on the rocks of magic Oia village at Santorini. Oia Suites is a luxury hotel with unique design, decoration and atmosphere. The breath taking view of volcanic islands of Caldera gives to this unique hotel an unearthly sensation. Oia Suites hotel combines Cycladic architectural with luxurious stay and unforgettable Aegean sea view.Visitors can access Oia Suites hotel into 20 minutes time only, as Oia village is located near Santorini's airport (12km) and harbor (22km).Oia is globally famous for its traditional architectural with bright white concave houses, clerical alleys, magic view to Caldera and fascinating sunset, which considered as one of the most romantic sunsets of the world.
First off, the views ARE incredible, as they are anywhere on the caldera side of the island. The pool is really nice and relaxing as you can sit there and stare at the view all day. If you book Oia Suites, understand that you are paying all this money only for the view. We were a little disappointed in most other things. The room is very basic. The bed was visibly sagging in the middle and looked like it hadn't been replaced in a decade, not comfortable. The amenities in the room also basic, even the lock on the door and keys were falling apart. Breakfast was poor quality - like staying in a 1 star hotel for 1/10th of the price. You really have the feeling that the owners are out to make as much money as possible by providing as little as possible and never updating anything despite the luxury price tag. Swimming pool also freezing in September so only good for a 10 second dip. Reception staff was nice and friendly. Location is quite far from Oia unless you like walking a lot, we don't mind but I think most people would. So in summary - 10/10 views, but the rest decidedly average and kind of insulting for the price.

I visited Santorini for the first time along with my husband and the stay could not have been any better, than staying here at Nissia apartments. We reached the hotel during the evening and were received with a warm welcome from Kiki. We were given a map of Santorini and really nice and detailed explanation by Kiki about Kamari and how to move around the place. We had booked a studio apartment. Kiki showed us to our room, which was spacious, comfortable and super clean. As a person having back problems, the first thing I check is the bed, which was super comfy and very ergonomic. The breakfast served is very lavish, hearty and you get a lot of options to choose from. The next morning, Christina, one of Nissia's staff, gave us an overview of how we could plan the trip across the island. The breakfast is provided in a beautiful shack, having nice cushioned chairs with a sea facing view. I enjoyed gazing at the beach while sipping on some delicious fresh fruit juices and munching on the soft crepes. The hotel is on the promenade and close to a lot of restaurants and supermarket. Also walking distance from the bus stop. So location is just perfect. Unfortunately, I had a twist in my ankle while visiting the old port in fira, so I was not able to climb the stairs to go back to the hotel room. Christina promptly moved me to one of the sea facing suites on the ground floor! I was provided breakfast near the pool side by a really pleasant and enthusiastic staff. Also the staff took real good care of me snd offered me ice pack and an extra blanket. There are very few hotels in the my experience who are so caring, like your own family! So even though we were only able to visit a few places in Santorini, we really enjoyed our stay just chilling at the pool side with our drinks, enjoying the sun and gazing into the ocean. One can also order some light lunches/snacks from the bar near the pool side which are really tasty and worth it. Thank you Nissia apartments for taking such good care of us!

Boutique hotel ,complete renovated with island style. free parking , very easy location ,not many steps , pool large area , hotub in windmill , very near bus stop ,tavern ,all suites and rooms are locate with the view to caldera .
On our recent trip to Santorini we stayed at Caldera’s Memories. We stayed at the hotel for our last 2 nights. Prior to our stay in this hotel, we stayed in Fira at a 5 star hotel and were not expecting near the experience but we wanted to explore Imerovigli. Our expectations were clearly lower than they should have been! Caldera’s Memories was absolutely stunning! Not only the room and the cleanliness but the entire resort experience! The service we received from the staff was second to none (you rock Lucas!) and the entire resort should have been on the front page of a magazine. Although Imerovigli does not have all the restaurant choices at your fingertips nor shopping as Fira did, it was worth the sacrifice for this hotel!! We will be back for seasons to come!

Decided to use bookings.com. not sure if that was a mistake or not but it is looking like it was. As someone who travels quite a bit (Hilton Diamond for seven years and Hilton/Marriott status for 25, problems arise. That happens. Booked the hotel last week for one nine days from now. Had an offer from the hotel to make arrangements for pick up, etc. 24 hours later, they requested that i cancel. They offered to allow me to stay the following week (after i have basically left the country) and when i said no, there was no attempt to help. This is my anniversary and now all the original places we liked are booked solid. I rarely get annoyed or p***ed off with hotels. Life happens but the complete lack of offer to help was underwhelming. It's probably a good hotel, but they can't be trusted to do the right thing.
