Situated on a low hill along the road that leads to Ponzano Superiore, with a magnificent view over three valleys (trigoe) from which it takes its name, the Locanda La Trigola, completely renovated by the young owners, maintains a "rural-noble" look, with stone walls and wood accents, in the same style the hotel refined rooms which mantains the simplicity and naturalness of the green area where the inn is nestled. The restaurant awaits you with "km 0" proposals, which respect the authenticity of the products of the territory, provided largely by the farm Zangani, of which the restaurant itself is the flagship.
Amazing place with fantastic views. Really close to la Spezia so we could enjoy some days in cincue terre as well. Rural enviroment very relaxing and comfortable. The restaurant is pretty cozy and we loved the breakfast and the dinner we had there. Thank you very much to the staff for beig so caring.

This was on our route and proved to be a good B&B for an overnight stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had an accessible bathroom (not requested) and the shower was only separated by a curtain allowing the whole bathroom floor to get wet. We were able to manage, but I wouldn't have wanted to deal with it more than 1 night. Breakfast was provided and was nicely presented. A little limited but enough to have a bite before heading out. The people seemed very nice but had little English so no communication of any kind. All adequate for our one overnight.

Neat and tidy, very pleasant stay and helpful staff. Met our needs for visiting Cinque Terra. Needs kettle and new pan. Apartment has a drain smell. Wifi not always reliable. Good sized pool. Supermarket was closely. Air conditioned. Private parking.

Love this little hotel. Paula was an amazing hostess, along with her husband and kids. They were so very helpful and kind to us. Even though we could not speak Italian they spent lots of time on google translate helping us understand what and where we needed to go. It was fun to see their sweet children helping clean the rooms and help us also. Paula even did our laundry for us one day and had it beautifully folded on our bed when we returned late at night. The beds all over Italy and Switzerland are a little on the hard side, as we stayed in lots of different priced hotels in our 28 day stay in Italy and Switzerland, but we adapted. I would go out of my way to stay with them again. So very attentive and clean. Miss you already. Kelly and Taylor Barnson.
