Our guide suggested this place for lunch and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is made from all recycled materials and we really appreciated the craftsmanship that went into building it. Then menu was only in Spanish so our guide helped us navigate it which was fantastic as it would have been difficult otherwise. The food was amazing. My husband had the steak with mushroom sauce and I had grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce and they were both divine. We also had sides of green salad and mashed potatoes. The fresh juices of raspberry and pineapple were delicious also. The staff were friendly and we managed the language barrier with laughter and sign language. One member of staff spoke English and our guide also assisted so it was ok.It was one of the best meals we had on our trip, it had a real home cooked feel about it.

Stripped down and straight up! No frills, just good grilled food. You make the ambiance.Great for families or couples.Great for the price. The meat is delicious. The sides and the salads are, too.Plus it is in a trendy, cool part of Santiago, a bit removed from the usual tourist spots. If you want to go all out, ask for your beef "a lo pobre": you will get your steak accompanied by an Andes-sized mountain of fries, topped with caramelized onions and a runny fried egg.Brilliant! Absolutely Instagramable!!!But don't show your cardiologist...

Typical Peruvian Food Restaurant, with ancient recipes of our expertise in La Criolla Food Cheff, have a pleasant and elegant atmosphere where you can enjoy a good chat or conduct negotiations or simply enjoy the delicious Peruvian food
Peruvian restaurants are all over Santiago now, so it's a little bit difficult to find a good one. This one is one of those counted the fingers of your hand. The attention was sensational, nice wine selection and a good variety of meals. The only bad thing is the location, the surroundings are not the best in town... but, a good meal it's worth of any effort.
