Early Sunday evening dinner. We arrived with no reservation, but were seated immediately. The place had about half the tables seated, but the noise level wasn't bad. We were offered drinks upon being seated, and warm bread was served before we ordered. My wife had a soup starter, while I had meat empanadas. For the main meal my wife had sea bass and creamed spinach, while I had a medium-rare fillet with fries, fried onions and 2 fried eggs. All the food was very good, as was the service. Based on this visit, I can see why Don Carlos is near the top 100 places to eat in Santiago. Thank you very much for your kind comments, we will pass them on to our kitchen and servers! We look forward to having you again soon!

We are staying at W and decided to try this sushi restaurant. We loved the quality of the food and presentation. Service was excellent, we were at the bar ( not sushi bar), bartender spoke real good English and was very social. We would recommend this place to our friends!

I have been in this restaurant in several occasions and every time I have been please with the food, the environment, and the service. This is a very good Peruvian restaurant with a nice selection of ceviches y causas. The menu selection is good and the food is usually delicious. Be warned it is a pricey but taking into account the good quality Iâm sure you wonât be disappointed. The only problem I found every time is that the ambiental music is too loud making very difficult for parties to have a conversation at a r reasonable volume. I think they could either put softer environmental music at a level that allows people to enjoy it and still being able to talk while having a meal.

La Casa is a simple and small restaurant focused on peruvian food, mainly seafood. Our choices were luckily great, we just loved the food. The "Ceviche misto" is delicious as a starter and the "Isla Negra" is enough for two people. That's a black risoto cooked in prawn sauce, and comes with shrimps and prawns. Amazing!! Prices are also very convenient.

Our specialty is fish and seafood in preparations inspired by the Chilean ports, reviving the national gastronomic tradition.
Recommended by business friends in Santiago. Take for 5 booked, on line reservation system worked very well.Arrived and seated immediately, music level playing extremely loud which is NOT right for a restaurant, this is not a bar or disco.... Please understand business guests need to talk to each other.Asked for music to be lowered and they did so immediately, thank you.Food was good, not excellent, no complaints and as prices are still somewhat reasonable could not complain about quality.Service first class, good attention.Wine list good but expensive for this type of place, wine price does not fit with class and type of restaurant.Overall a good dinner, will go back againHola Adrian, gracias por tu comentario. ¡Saludos!

Peruvian and Asian food in one place in Santiago. Come to visit and enjoy the experience that our Chef and staff has prepare for you
Food is excellent, one can eat Peruvian, Japanese or Chilean, meat and fish, all in one place. Spacious, usually not crowded, very quite and relaxing. Service is friendly, rapid. There is a large Japanese corner with open kitchen, but one can also eat in a quite corner away from it. A bit priced. Free parking available.Thank you so much for your words! Located in Bellavista, this restaurant is warm and welcoming with a friendly staff. Enjoy the excellent Chilean wine selection. Salad, pork or sausage - you cannot go wrong. The food is fun and flavorful. Save a little room (or maybe a lot) for dessert. The chuchuflis is outstanding, as are the churros. Dipping sauces are fine complements. Enjoy. Muchas gracias por tu review sobre Barrica 94.Nuestras carnes de larga cocción es algo que siempre sorprende a nuestros clientes. Slds

A small restaurant in the Lasstario neighborhood near downtown, self proclaimed Pisco enthusiasts, did a terrific job presenting the menu as well as the history and traditions of Pisco. The mainly Peruvian and Chilean menu was quite extensive. I had the braised short ribs which were fabulous. The recommended wacar pisco sour tasted like more!Dear 770rayt;Thank you for your time and comments! We are very proud of your opinion, because at the hands of all the garzones were great ambassadors of the Chipeño spirit, we could create a great moment for you full of flavor and charm. We hope you can come back soon to continue enjoying and discovering all the magic of Chipeña!Cheers with Pisco !!!!

The entire dining experience was fantastic. Beginning with the excellent, friendly service to the delicious meal, I could not ask for better. Our group of 3 had excellent meals and the wine was also very good. Gabrielle, Rodrigo, Fernando (pictured) were excellent. Missed Miguel for the picture but he belongs in there as well. I included pictures of our meals. Esteban the piano player adds a nice touch to the atmosphere.Dear DaveRodro, Thank you for choosing Latin Grill and for taking the time to share your feedback on TripAdvisor.
